My Review of Reno Buick GMC Cadillac:
I purchased a used, 1-owner GMC Yukon SLT 5.3 L 4WD. The atmosphere was relaxed and I never felt pressured. The dealership was recently renovated and is clean and comfortable. The sales staff was knowledgeable and professional. GMC models are the perfect cross between luxury and utility. I would recommend this dealer to a friend.

My Review of Reno Buick GMC Cadillac:
We found our car on craigs list and immediatly sent an emailfor information. Within 5 minutes I had a call from Doug Kidder and he answered all my questions. I was then turned over to Wayne Lew who carried it through most of the bargaining process. The next day Mike Maeve called winting a few more answers on credit and the deal was set.
I told Mike we would be there on Saturday around 3:00 in the afternoon since we were coming from California. When my wife and I arrived we were met by a very friendly sales staff that pointed us in the right direction to find Wayne. We were only in the dealership long enough to fill out the final papers and get on our way.
We have recieved several e-mails and phone calls from Wayne making sure everything was going well and we were still satisfied.
I would highly recomend this dealership and the entire sales staff, especially Wayne.
He is a keeper.

My Review of Reno Buick GMC Cadillac:
We recently bought a 2006 buick terrazza from Harold Solano at Reno Buick GMC Cadillac. We were treated with such kindness that we felt like royalty, Harold and the financing dept went the extra mile to get us into the vehicle, as our credit ,at present, is not very good we really didn't expect them to be able to help us but they were able to line everything up and we are now the very very happy owners of a beautiful terrazza. We would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to check them out and the next time we are in the market for a new vehicle they will be our first stop.

My Review of Reno Buick GMC Cadillac:
Kurt was helpful and patient with me as we reviewed and test drove several vehicles with varying options, and then helped me select the right vehicle for my needs.

Sig was friendly, thoughtful and helpful in making the deal work for me and guided me through the evaluation of my trade-ins. The sales manager, Joe Dazzo, introduced himself to me and Sig took me on a tour of the service area and introduced me to the service adviser, Jeremy Sanderson.

Mike Gomez was helpful in guiding me through the morass of paperwork and helped me secure a loan that would work for me.

All the staff was friendly and made my vehicle purchase a pleasant experience. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a GM vehicle. I'll plan to use their service center for all my vehicle service needs.

I took my Chevy pick-up to Reno GMC because I coulnt get any where with the other dealer. I talked to Jeromy and to Dylen, they were both very professional and concerned for my repair problem. It was taken care of that day and am very pleased with the results.Both of them are very personable and easy to talk to and took the time to listen to my concerns. I will be back and recomend them to my friends.
