My Review of Reydel Volkswagon:
Mr. Gales was selling me a car that it never exist.

20 hours before closing the deal and after I gave him my credit card number for a deposit he called to inform that the car has been already sold.

Not a very serious person to deal with... He just made me waste my time and energy.

My Review of Reydel Volkswagon:
I was referred to Reydel VW by a friend of my fathers who has been a satisfied customer for years. This being my first car and my Dad being in the car business and hearing the car horror stories for years, I expected the typical “car dealer” treatment, wow was I wrong. We had an opportunity to speak with the General Manager and the Sales Manager on separate occasions and I could not believe that they were both on the same page on the car I wanted (2008 VW Rabbit 2dr 5sp) and the price.
After conducting hours of research and many calls to Reydel I decided to buy the car. I submitted my credit application on line and with a little help from my Dad got approved and we set the delivery. I set up the insurance and had my first contact with my sales person now this is where it gets interesting, I expected the sales person to short and hurried due to the fact that I got a great price and his pay on the deal was going to be minimal wrong again. David was knowledgeable, polite, attentive, efficient, and productive and best of all he is a VW enthusiast.
We arrived for delivery and were greeted as we got out of our car, David greeted me by name first before my Dad that does not happen often. We were escorted to see the car and a full review then the document review and financing, by this time I was so well cared for I was confident the money stuff was going to go well, I was wrong again. David was also the person that handled the paperwork and did an Outstanding Job (exceeded my expatiations) reviewing every item on the paperwork and the products and services that were available to me.
This could not have been a better purchase experience, it has set the benchmark for my future purchases. Team Reydel has earned my business and I will actively refer friends and family.
Thanks

Jeffrey Holway

Reason for Visit: Service

I recommend this dealer: No

My Review of Reydel Volkswagon:
We have owned VWs for 30 years and have recently moved. We made an appt. for a recall service with Reydel and arrived at Reydel at 5 min. before opening. We gestured but we were ignored while service employees chatted and drank coffee. We wrote our request and deposited it with keys; 3 minutes later, a Reydel rep. called us. When we asked how much a 50M mile service would cost we were quoted near $500; we requested the recall service only. When we picked up the car later in the day, no one said hello, no one paid any attedntion to us (when we made the appt., we told them we were looking for a new VW "home"). We picked up the keys and asked to speak to the service mgr. When we complained about the reception we received he said he was sorry we felt that way and dismissed us.
Several months later we leased a new VW at Shrewsbury Motors. We asked Shrewsbury how much the same service would have cost and were given a price less than $300. I will tell this story to anyone who will listen.

My Review of Reydel Volkswagon:
Today was my first visit to Reydel, and I was skeptical that they and/or VW would honor my CPO warranty for service. Imagine my happy surprise when my cost for both door lock assemblies AND the brake light switch was.......ZERO!!!!

Aslan went the extra mile to make sure that my car was covered and I am SO impressed with Reydel's service that we are strongly considering a new VW for my wife (we also own a Lexus and a BMW, so the bar is pretty high).

My faith is restored in new car dealerships..
