My Review of Rice Toyota:
What a rotten experience. How would you like to test drive a vehicle, spend at least an hour discussing options, have them drive your trade-in for an appraisal, then be told the next morning the sales rep has no recollection of the experience? When his memory was jogged and he was asked why he hadn't returned the phone call promised regarding the trade-in value, his response? "Call me back at 2 and I'll have that for you". Call YOU back?? Nah...We'll spend our 30 grand at Nelson Honda. You could learn alot from that dealership - now they know how to treat a person with respect.
