My Review Of Richard Chevrolet:

Roger Hill provided our family with a wonderful vehicle buying experience. We met Roger when we found a vehicle online and my husband went to look at it...unfortunately it had a deposit on it. At that time my husband said that if I found another vehicle online that we should definitely contact Roger. Roger made the purchasing process so easy that I drove the vehicle I wanted home the same day we looked at it. Not only am I very happy with my purchase but my whole family is too. We have three boys and I know for a fact that when it comes time to purchase vehicles for them I know exactly who to contact. Thank you so much Roger!!!!!

My Review Of Richard Chevrolet:

this is the 2nd time i have brought my car in for service, first time i needed engine work, i received absolutely no communication about what was wrong with my car for 3 days, after calling them on the 4th day, they told me that there is a blown bearing and GM was going to determine either to replace to engine or repair it. As of this time they gave me a loaner car. a week goes by still no update, call back and they said they are rebuilding the engine and it should be ready tomorrow, 2 days later it was ready. Fully covered by GM warranty. but as i pull out of the driveway and drive down the road i notice my headlights werent working. so i turned around and went back. Some how they broke the wires going from my ballasts to the headlights and therefore giving me no lights. they were able to get one working till i could get replacement HID's that i had to buy. They chaged me $100 to replace and install new ones. thought that was the end of it. NOPE for some reason they did not adjust the headlights while they put new ones in, so i had one aiming at the sky and left. So back again, took my whole front end apart and 2 hours later, my headlights are adjusted. But now they are low.

so my next visit was over the past few days. brought it in for a shaking in the car and a P0420 error with a service engine soon light, per onstar this was the error code stating it was the catalytic converter and they would send the report over to Richard Chevrolet. So i get a call from them stating that it would be $98 charge for diaganose for the error code, i asked why, i gave it to you with onstar and you came up with exact same code? so i have to fight to get some of the fee reversed.

so carrie says the tires needed to be balanced at $40, i asked is the vibration/shaking gone, she stated yes. So i pick up the car and low and behold it still shakes. so i look at the report they gave me and it says rear tires abnormally worn and need to be replaced. Now i have a tire and wheel warranty with this dealership. So i called them this morning to ask why i wasnt told about the tires and why was i told the car no longer shook when i drive it. it took several hours to get an answer and i was dealing with Rick. he was very helpful but now i have to bring the car back again on my next day off to get new tires. so yet again, they failed to solve my vehicle issues on one visit and failed to comunicate any and all issues with me.

Rick was very nice and helpful, but i should not have to bring back my vehicle more than one for the same issue, nor should i have a new issue arise from a repair that has nothing to do with what they worked on. they are at least making an effort, i will update after my next appointment for my tires.

My Review Of Richard Chevrolet:

Recently bought a mustang from this dealer. They wouldn't budge on the price, however i wanted the mustang very bad, so i purchased it. After less than a year of owning it i needed something better on gas so i decided to shop for a new car. After getting an appraisal for the mustang i purchased for almost 14,000 from richard chevrolet, i was informed that the car was worth 5,000 dollars because it was in an accident. Although they did show me a car fax report at richard chevrolet they still sold me, someone with minimal car buying experience, a car that was worth 5,0000 dollars for 14,000 dollars. I expect to get the run around from every car salesman however this was very upsetting to me now that im 11,000 dollars in the hole. I wouldnt trust this dealer.

We understand the customer's frustration on receiving a low appraisal number from another dealer. We attempted several times to contact the customer to arrange our own appraisal of his vehicle. The mileage and condition since he purchased the vehicle were not disclosed. If both of these items are normal for the amount of time that has elapsed since he purchased the vehicle in May of 2012, we would agree that the appraised amount is low. Unfortunately, we were never given an opportunity to appraise the vehicle. As the customer mentioned, we did provide a car history report when he originally purchased the vehicle. We fully disclosed the accident, and the price reflected the vehicle's history, being sold below market value. At Richard Chevrolet, customer satisfaction is our number one priority and regret the customer was unhappy with his purchase. If the customer contacts us, we would be happy to aprraise his vehicle for him.

I have been a customer with Richard Chevrolet for many years, but I must say, this was my best experience, ever! Right from the beginning, Frank made we feel right at home and like Family. Frank introduced me up to Jim Kubicza (my salesperson), who answered every question and fulfilled every request to my complete satisfaction! Jim is a great asset to your dealership, and a very impressive young Man. Sean was also great to deal with, making the final process, short and sweet! Gary, the Body Shop Manager, personally applied his detail skills to provide me with a 100% customer satisfaction when I made finished my final inspection of my Victory Red 2012 Chevy Camaro SS Convertible!

I left your dealership feeling really good! I purchased a Special vehicle at a great price, and had a memorable experience in the process!

Also: Your new Facility is awesome!

I called to find an out if they could find a front end noise on my 2007 impala. I was told to bring it in the following day. My service rep Patrick kept me in the loop of possible issues and how much the cost for parts and labor. Patrick called me when the car was fixed and stated the mechanic found another noise and fixed that issue too. Very professional service. The car runs like new.

there was no pressure into buying the car the atmosphere was warm ,clean,friendly and relaxing Ryan Montalvo is a very good salesman no pressure,he was very patient with me and i had alot of questions if he didn't know it he went and got an answer i have to say i was very pleased at the end of the day with the suv and Richard Chevy yes i would return

Avery was great!!! No pressure from him. I told him what I wanted we looked. There were no more 2012 that I wanted, so I walked out with a 2013 and a great price. I am thrilled with my new silverado. I will be back in 14 years for my next one.

Bought a nice new Silverado and got a good deal. The dealership did a nice job while under constuction . Was a little confused on where to go at first but I eventually found my way around. Excellent service considering the dealerships circustances. Great communication all the way until the end of the sale. Was able to use my GM card along with a great price given. The speedy and professional ; would reccomend dealership to co-workers.

My Review Of Richard Chevrolet:

I looked around and tested a number of other cars, but nothing hit the spot. Also the other salespeople were pushy which I totally dislike when looking for a car.
At Richard Chevrolet, I felt very at home. Everyone was smiling and friendly at each visit. I have purchased a number of other cars there, and have always been treated like family, with excellent work when needed. I would recomend this place to every one!
