My Review of Richardson Imports:
I walked in planning on purhcasing a used BMW that day after testing the car. I was patronized for being young as well as not buying one of their $60000 cars, so I believe. I was treated like nothing. The car was dirty on the outside when I arrived. They knew for 2 days I was coming to look at it. My friend with me was called a child (he's older than me) and when I expressed my disappointment and the lack of professionalism to the stores General Manager I received B.S. answers, more attitude, and no apology. Their prices are decent, but overall service was terrible. One sales rep, however, named Dick was very helpful and professional. I would have bought the car from him if Richardson Imports wouldnt profit from so.
