My Review of Richmond Ford:
Want to be overcharged for terrible service?
Took my car in to have a recall issue fixed and got terrible service at the time. They also overcharged for other services I needed at the time. Now I seem to be having the malfunction that the recall repair should have fixed. I have serious doubts that they even did the work. They don't have record of me being there but Ford has a record of the recall being closed out. Hope my airbag doesn't catch fire or detonate before I can unload this car to the junkyard. Oh and my air conditioning doesn't work b/c of a short that this has caused. I have reported this dealership to Ford.
