I did not realize that the Richmond Toyota dealership was Under New Management. I was dealt with in such a courteous manner by Austin and he was very understanding when I had to cancel my first appointment because of the flu. He arranged for someone to drive me to my destination after I drop my car off. I had two recalls which were both repaired and it didn't cost me anything.
