My Review of Rick Reutlinger:
The absolute lowest form of lieing, high pressure dirt bags I have ever encountered. These guys will tell you anything to get the sale. I was flat out lied to on three seperate occasions during the sale, and service is just as bad. Not to mention the awful attitudes in service. They behave like they are doing you a favor. Carlson Subaru is better, but not by a lot. I am saving for a Lexus.

Extremely high-pressure, unethical, will not hesitate to lie. Be very wary of the salespeople. Unless absolutely necessary, I would recommend going to a different dealership simply so you don't get swindled; if you must visit this dealership, insist to see everything in writing, then research the True Market Value of the vehicle they showed you at Edmunds.com. If you are clever enough and strong-willed enough, you can try to negotiate their price down towards the true market value of the vehicle; otherwise, figure to pay several thousand dollars over TMV unless you go to a different dealership (RWC, Livermore).<br><br>Services: I would not recommend servicing your vehicle with this dealership. Although I have not actually brought my car in for servicing here, I can tell you that the Services department does not seem to care about work quality (based on what I have seen and what I have heard from other people). Their focus seems to be getting through as many customers as possible, which does not necessarily mean fixing their problems.
