My Review of Rick Ridings Ford Mercury Inc:
Here is the email that I received from this salesman. This should tell it all:
Hello Rob and Stacey
I'm sorry for the trouble, let me know why you felt it necessary not to call in and let me make it right for you. I may have been able to cover those costs. It is possible that our tech may have missed it.....he may have even felt as you did and with only 20K miles, didn't feel the need to even look at them. Now that the work was done elsewhere, I can not do anything to help.
Sorry for the trouble.

Subject: Recently Purchased Van
Randy,
We recently purchased a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan from Rick Ridings. You were our salesman. I thought that you would like to know how very disappointed we are.
We had to put new brakes and rotors on it at the cost of $458.00. Customers think that they are being sold something that is in good condition, especially from a dealership. We feel like we were taken advantage of and sold a vehicle that was obviously in need of brakes. We of course didn't know that, but any mechanic would have been able to see that. We can't quite figure out how a van needs new brakes at only 20,000 miles. Even the mechanic was a little baffled at that one.
I would have a very difficult time referring anyone to your dealership after this experience. We certainly did not have that kind of money to put into a van that we thought was good to go, at least for a while.
Regards,
Rob and Stacey Rudolph
