My Review of Ricky Smith Pontiac GMC:
The service department at Ricky Smith at Weymouth, MA were quick, reliable, efficient and knowledgable. This Feb my car highlight went out, and as their shop was nearby I drove to their place without making an appointment. Their service dept was very busy at that time but they managed to replaced the bulbs in 15 minutes! A few weeks later, my car had an electrical failure and I had it towed to their shop. They immediatly diagnosted the problem and fixed it in no time. On both occassions, they also allowed me to buy the parts from somewhere else and charged me only for labor, which saved me tons of money!<br><br>The only problem, they did not provided curtesy ride after 4 pm. When my car broke down on Valentine's Day and I had to tow it back to their shop after 4 pm I was not able to get a ride home. The service dept had to call several cab companies before they finally found one that arrived 1/2 hour later. But, that soon changed. When I emailed the President of Ricky Smith a few days later about the incident, he immediatly responded that they have took immediate action and had changed their policy on curtesty rides to better accomodate their customer services!
