Complete and utter fool.
The GM Lisa Orcutt is one of the most untrustworthy human I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. She lies throught her teeth and has this pompas smug attitude that shows her true colors. She is a very fake and sad woman that has no clue of what she is doing. The anti Barbie is the best way to discribe her.
What comes around goes around, and you started this and I will finish this my way.

Ok; here is the deal! I was in the showroom the other day and I was picking up my car from service. I noticed an New Grey colored Q7 in the showroom and I asked the woman that was sitting at the desk that answers the phones for someone to help me. Her name is Cheryl. I was waiting and witnessed a Blonde haired woman yelling at this man that was sitting at the other end of the dealership. She was in his face pointing her finger like he was a child. I was appauled that this was happening and I left Rietzl Audi asking myself did I see and hear that. I called Rietzl back that night and found out that Lisa Orcutt was the one acting like a complete utter ass doing this in of front customers and coworkers. I will never step foot into this dealership again and I would suggest that you do not as well. If the General Manager treats her employees this way, what do you think she would do if you had an issue to be resolved. Customer care starts within! and your true colors will show no matter what. Fantastic dealership to deal with and everyone is very helpfull. Out of all of the Audi dealershipds in the Boston area, Rietzl Audi is by far the best.
Mike Bruno is the sales manager and he has to be the most knowledgeable Audi guy I have ever met!

Parts were ordered overnight and paid extra for the service to date no parts its been 8 days we get lies and no accuontabiliity. try and lodge a complaint to the G.M. he did call back and apologised but nothing came of it Still no parts. Called the big Ka hoona for The Ira group he was sorry to but still no parts. The gist of things is small people dont matter. they,ll spend millions on advertising but after the sail your a captive fish in a porsche parts rain barrel. good luck doing bussiness there We are large body shop and we not spend a dime in any of the Ira dealership.

My Review of Rietzl Porsche Audi:
Bought a few Audis from them. Really arrogant, overpriced service department. Unfortunately, Audi has this problem around the country, crappy customer service kills the residual value on what is a great car. Check the message boards, including Audiworld.com. If you HAVE to get the car new, service is in the deal but after warrantee is up, bring it elsewhere. Dealing with Wolfgang Reitzl is a trip, he is one of the more arrogant guys you are likely to meet. Sales department has seen some turnover, older salesmen were good guys but service lets them down.
