My Review of Rietzl Porsche Audi:
recommended I wait to have clutch assessed then required to replace flywheel. Total bill $3,000. I do not ride clutch (having driven manual for 30 years) and have never had to replace this early (55K). Dealership was unhelpful on price gouging, labor rates, etc. Will never buy a car here.

My Review of Rietzl Porsche Audi:
Poor in every way. buyer beware!
All stories and poor customer service from sales department. Sales manager did not know is product at all and was very short with me. Jeff Atkinsen made me feel like I did not belong there. I asked about the R8 they have and he said it was not for sale
Ferrari here I come!

My Review of Rietzl Porsche Audi:
First service appointment September 18,2008. Car purchased April 28,2008. Milage on September 18, 2008 was 6700 miles. I was informed that the milage was excessive (5000 is the schedule)and the first service would be charged rather than free. No explanation provided, but the counter person did talk with a person in the office. There is absoutely no customer focus in this service department. This dealership and Audi lost me as a customer because of this event. After paying a premium price for the A6 I do not expect to get the run around for a couple hundred dollars. I was never told what the +/- from 5000 miles was to have the first service.

My Review of Rietzl Porsche Audi:
I am in the market for my first Porsche and when I went to Rietzl Porsche Audi in Norwell I was impressed by how friendly and professional everyone was. At no time did I feel the typical salesmans pressure but instead was greeted by the Porsche Sales Manager, Jeff, who spent time inquiring about my interests and vehicle needs. The showroom and lot was spotless and I was able to view the inventory easily. Another salesman, Steve, also spoke with me and offered his assistance as well. I felt very welcome and at ease, my questions were answered and I was given the information I needed to make an informed decision - my Porsche order will be placed with Rietzl.

My Review of Rietzl Porsche Audi:
Bought a few Audis from them. Really arrogant, overpriced service department. Unfortunately, Audi has this problem around the country, crappy customer service kills the residual value on what is a great car. Check the message boards, including Audiworld.com. If you HAVE to get the car new, service is in the deal but after warrantee is up, bring it elsewhere. Dealing with Wolfgang Reitzl is a trip, he is one of the more arrogant guys you are likely to meet. Sales department has seen some turnover, older salesmen were good guys but service lets them down.
