My Review of Rinke Pontiac-GMC:
Took my GMC Jimmy in for a vibration (will post about this one later). They worked on it, but found another problem. My radiator needed it's core replaced. They fixed it. Four days later while driving, my transmission overheated. I had to have my car towed to the dealership, because I didn't want to cause more damaged to my trans. The problem was the transmission cooler line going into the radiator (I believe it flows into the radiator, it is at the top right). There is a clip that hold the cooler line from coming out. This clip was NOT replaced when the radiator was reinstalled. The dealer filled the trans with fluid, but would NOT cover my towing ($80) charge. They said it was because my truck had over 150,000 miles. Total BS reason. After again requesting to have towing covered, I was told the manager already said no, and no to ask again. Because of this I am furious with this dealer, and will never buy/service any of my vehicles there. I also recommend people to take their vehicles other places.
