My Review of Rittenhouse Kerr Ford:
Unfortunately, had my 2 yr old Ford in for service 2 times. Both times they were very friendly and gave me a loaner car with no hassle at all so as not to convenience me. This wasn't even the dealership that I bought the car from, yet they went out of their way to make sure my inconvenience was at a minimum BOTH times I went there.
