My Review of Riverhead Automall:
I drove from PA to pick up a truck that I had seen on the internet. The price was very reasonable. When doing the financing they added all these finance costs that brought the car to the same price as the one that was closer to my house. They sent me home with a temporary plate because I was out of state and I still haven't received my new plate. My registration has expired!! I called the DMV and they said that it got rejected because they were shorted 30 bucks. I talked to Tammy and she said she was going to take care of this right away, they registered it as a car and not a truck. It's been 2 weeks and now I can't get a hold of Tammy and apparently nobody else can help me. I called the DMV and the status has not changed and I shouldn't be driving my truck. After pleading my case with the DMV the are researching my situation and may allow me to just pay the 30 bucks, I guess they usually don't do that. I hope Riverhead gets in trouble for this because this is not very good business practice!! If someone knows of anything I can do please let me know. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!

JOSH BANKS,IS VERY HELPFUL AND DEPENDABLE ,WOULD DEAL WITH AGAIN A++++++++,TRANSACTION WAS EASY,TOOK CARE OF RETURNING MY OLD CAR TO THE DEALER AFTER LEASE,PAPERWORK WAS FAST,TRUCK WAS PREPPED ON TIME,ALL INFO WAS CLEAR AND TO THE POINT,WOULD BUY AGAIN

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. BOTH MANAGERS AND FINANCE DEPT ARE LIARS!! THEY WERE HORRIBLE. EVYERTIME I SPOKE WITH ANY OF THEM THEY ALL LIED TO ME..............................................................................................

as the economy is down it is very hard to get a loan, when everyone said no and everywhere i turn it was no till u guys helped us get a car and josh worked so hard for us and was up front about everything it was a breath of fresh air and big weight lifted off my shoulders because my car was up and we need a new one to go to work everyday, all i know u guys r the best i recomend everyone that i know to see u guys, again thank u from the bottom of my heart

Josh made buying a car so quick and easy.. Picking up my car was a breeze! If i would have known it was going to be like this, i would have gotten a new car a long time ago! He is very friendly, and works with your personal needs. I would recommend him to anyone!

The time it took for delivery was way to long!!!!! It should have been made clear it was going to take 4+ hours!!!!! There were some charges I was NOT happy about, the dealer prep was a rip off!!!!!!!!! I would have told you not to prep the vehicle had I known the cost. I also felt you should have honored the $100.00 internet cert.

Mr. Josh banks was friendly and worked with us in getting the monthly payment in the amount that I wanted. when we picked up the car the monthly payment was what we had aggred on no suprises. this is the 2nd.car I have bought from them and I would highly reccomend them.

My Review of Riverhead Automall:
We were 100% happy with the customer service with Josh. Everything went well except for the 0 I give to the finance dept. I can only refer people and friends that pay cash or finance on their own. We had a very bad experiance with John in finance and waited more than 4 hours just to get in his office for 2mins and be sent away to finance on our own.
Our thanks to Josh for trying to keep us sane durning the long and unreasonable wait. I know he lost a few cutomers durning that time. Upper management should be aware of this problem!!!

I had been searching for a particular car and found it at this dealership. I live over 3 hours from the dealership and so called and spoke with Josh. He coordinated for the deal over the phone and kept his word. Everything worked smoothly when I arrived.
