My Review of Riverside Audi:
I recently purchased a loaded certified 2006 A6 with 33,500 miles from Riverside's West New York, NJ used car showroom. It had a clean CarFax (one owner - Flordia car). Upon delivery, the car was well detailed and everything worked perfectly. I feel I was treated well and I know the deal was decient, as I had done a lot of shopping before making this purchase. Nelson made sure I knew how to operate the important controls and took me through their service facility.

There were only two minor issues I noticed when I got home... One remote didn't work (the key worked but the remote was not correctly programmed for the vehicle) and the MMI owner's manual was missing. This is seperate from the main owner's manual and is needed as the system is complex. The car itself has had no issues; it looks and drives great. Overall it was a smooth transaction.

My Review of Riverside Audi:
after reading from everyone comments, i want to give this dealership a fair comment. At first when i walk no one want to help me due to I am driving an old VW Jetta. Then talk to receptionist that i am here to look for a certified pre-owned car.
Augie got off the phone walk right up to me with very friendly matter. He is very professional about showing A8L to me. I brought my first audi after a test drive. He really give 100% to his customer. I highly recommend to anyone. However, the other salesman never give me a look. I still remember when i got a cut to my finger i ask Nelson for a bandage he said i can't help you with that you have to wait for girl behind the desk!!! As far as Al Rivera. I will not trust his word at all. They mis-spell my last name in my bill of sale and my insurance agent pick it up. I call back they said "no, they corrected it before submitting it to audi". guess what!!! i receive letter from Audi with mis-spell name! and about packages Al Rivera trying to sell? well some are cool some are bad. I brought the wheel and tire package which Al said it is 100% coverage no deductible. In a way it is right, but this company only pays their rates mean if tires cost 300 install they only pays 198 bucks you will have to pay the difference!!! about license plate "yes" my tag almost expire before i got my plate and yes i did have to call Augie back to get my plate and it is not his job to see if my plate is here or not. Now here is where it really get ugly!!! Service...promise for a new key had to call every week to see if it comes in. after 3 weeks of keep telling it is on back order, Peter the service manager finally said it is here. Schedule service on sat, OMG!! had to wait 45 mins before Brian could write up my car. Oh the funny part is?! Key was never order according to John the tech. And as far as CPO inspection?! they miss a lot of stuff. my driver side upper recliner after two repairs still not work. thanks to John the tech! had a Whining noise in rear diff took him 3 weeks to fix.. John said at 1st it is tire noise which i have 4 new tires on it. Oh don't get me wrong he didn't work on it for three weeks just didn't want to fix it. he had to wait for Peter to drive it with him. which Peter went for training for new R8. CD charger was not working. had trouble codes in system. noise in steering column. I thought i never see my car again. Then Augie again help me out at service. i talk to Allen. car finish in a day! but on the day that i pick up the car took then 2 1/2 hrs to wash my car! I will have my car work on somewhere else from now on.. will never go back to riverside Audi for service. I recommend try Life Quality Audi for service if u live around that area.

My Review of Riverside Audi:
I have waited quite some time to review this dealer. I bought a used A4 there in January 2006. It is now summary 2007. We live on Long Island and found the car on the Autotrader website. I was a little suspect driving so far to look at it, but my husband was up for the drive. We arrived late afternoon and spoke with Arun Nebhnani, he was pretty nice. He seemed to have decent knowledge of the cars. When we told him which car we were interested in, he took us right over - we were able to look it over, take it for a drive and ask lots of questions. He did not try to sell us a different car, upgrade us or change the deal. The finance guy asked us about loans, but when I told him I was already approved through my local credit union and the rate, they didn't pressure us at all. Overall, the car is still great - I didn't want to jinx it by reviewing too soon! :) It is exactly what we went there for and the sales team was knowledgeable but not pushy. I would go back.

My Review of Riverside Audi:
These people are scam artists escpeically that dirtbag Brian. They lie about everything, and I mean everything. The overcharge more than regular retail audi pricing. I bought my car from there and I got it serviced there and now the car doesnt work and it stopped working as soon as the warranty ran out. Brian told me it was $6000.00 worth of damage. I am getting it fixed on my own for $900.00 with parts and labor included. They lied to me about the car and its condition. Buyer be ware. Alan green is their new head of sales/scams same thing. Beware!

My Review of Riverside Audi:
Riverside Audi sold me a pre-certificed used audi that had a lien on it. This means Riverside Audi doesn't have access to the title and can't transfer the registraton to me. So after six weeks, dispite paying them the sales tax, registration and processign fees I don't have the cars title or registration.

Riverside Audi has been totally unresponsive, they don't return calls, haven't solved the problem and after paying $38,000 I now have a car I don't have a title or registration for.

Avoid dealing with Riverside Audi at all costs. Buying a car from Riverside Audi is big mistake, one I made and I hope you won't.

My Review of Riverside Audi:
I recently bought my RS4 from Riverside Audi. Both the sales and service is top notch here. Please dont listen to the reviews below. There was an issue with my clutch and Mike in service (one of the best technicians in the country) fixed it amazingly well and I wouldnt trust anyone else to touch my car.

The sales guys are great and really go out of their way to make the whole experience amazing. I have dealt with jack Daniels and Town Motors for my old S4 and A4s and the experience here is a world of difference. Trust me on this, go to riverside for all your Audi Needs!

My Review of Riverside Audi:
Used to be Bellavia Audi. These guys sell dealer buy-back lemons. I was looking at one. They of course just mention it but don't stay on that topic for too long...makes sense. (Otherwise they would be poor salespeople.) My first visit, they did not stay for 5 minutes before closing. Later, they scheduled a test drive with me and told me they were too busy when I showed up. They are friendly after you get in the door and the 2 seconds they take to talk to you, but you will only get there if you can get in touch with them. Their phone system does not allow voicemail... at least to Stan it did not work. I spoke to Carlos, who reluctantly after half an hour left a msg for Stan for me. Poor service, bad experience, but at least they gave me my deposit back...they were good on their word about that. My personal impression is city dealerships are more likely to be pushy and treat your poorly. I went with Mohegan Lake Motors who were the exact opposite. 'Night & Day' difference... I paid a little more, got a brand new S4 and much better service. Beware of tactics from Riverside dealership and good luck!
