Why would I even want to work with your dealership? I would never buy anything from there. My son and I were there Saturday and spoke to several of your employees. Don't really care if you have a record or recollection or not!

Hello Madeline, sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately, the 2016 Ford you purchased was out of manufacture's warranty. A used vehicle inspection was performed, oil change, battery, filter, standard maintenance competed on April 13, 2022. No warning messages or lights were reported. Your visit from Elberton, GA was made on 4/23/22. Our records show the truck was sold as is and you declined an extended power train warranty at the time of delivery. We have no record of any issues being reported to any of our staff concerning these issues you have mentioned. Again, we are so sorry you feel this way. Wish you all the best.

Hello Weiding, thank you for your review, although you are leaving out the most important details of our initial agreement. The agreement being, since you preferred paying cash for the purchase, we required a cashiers check for the total amount 10 days prior to delivery of wanted vehicle. As you agreed to, this was specifically so your funds would have 10 days to clear, then we would be free to deliver your purchased vehicle on delivery from Toyota. Since you chose not to meet this requirement we have refunded your prepayment for same. Wish you all the best.

First of first, a contract is the foundation of trust. I got no obligation to deliver the check if the contract was not written. Nothing in the document says I need to provide the full amount of money before the car arrives at the shop. Secondly, the cashier's check is a bank certificate to prove that I have this money in my account. It does not take 10 days to verify this process. It was all a scam. You didn't want to sell your car to a foreigner, especially a Chinese.

Thank you for addressing your concerns. We are sorry you feel this way. The vehicle that you are referencing is one of our “buy before auction” vehicles. These are vehicles that we are going to send to the auction, but give the public that ability to purchase before send them. These vehicles are all sold AS IS. The tape was placed on the vehicle by the previous owner. Unfortunately, we were not able to accept your offer of 2000 below our listed price. Not really sure what you are referencing with the older gentleman that was here at the store. All interactions are recorded with audio and video. After reviewing the video with the older gentleman, it turns out that he was laughing and having a good time while he was here at the dealership....so much so that he purchased the car and complimented the sales associate and Jeff Shedd on the great experience.
