My Review of Rizza Chevy:
I purchase a car from this dealer about three years ago, and what a joke! We were desperate to buy a car and boy did they see us coming. They sold us a car and told me the car was new, but dealer used. But come to find out, the car was in an accident prior to us purchasing the car. he trunk of the car does not line up, and the paint job is starting to peel.
But, besides the bad car they sold us, we traded our van in, and left the plates on the van and was told they were take care of them. Well about two months passed, and I get a ticket in the mail on the van. I called the dealer to tell them that some one got the plates off and was using them, and the response I got was "What do you want me to do about it?" That was their answer.
Well, you would think we would learn our lesson and not to deal with them again, but about four months ago I took my daughter into Rizza to purchase her first car. They told my daughter that they could get her finance with no problems but it would take a little while to get the paper work together, and she had to get to work, so they told her to go ahead and take the NEW 2008 Chevy COlbolt home with her and come in the following day to sign the papers, so she did. The following day, they called to tell her not to come in, that they were not ready, and that they would call her when they were. My daughter told them from the beginning not to let her take a car that she wouold not be able to keep, and they said not to worry they would get her financed. Well four months passed, and after several call that my daughter made to go and signed the papers, they finally called her and told her that they could not get her financed and she needed to bring the car back.
Who lets a NINTEEN year old drive a brand new car for four months, and then take it away?
