My Review of Rob Lambdins University Dodge:
I took my Dodge Ram 2500 in for service to 2 dealerships in Miami and Hialeah. Neither one had a qualified mechanic to work on my truck. They tried to charge me $4,000 to replace a bunch of parts. I finally took my truck to University Dodge which is apparently the only BusinessLink dealership left in South Florida that is qualified to work on Diesel engines. The air filter ended up being stuck in the intake. For $75 bucks, they fixed my truck. They didn't make up stories and try to sell me parts. They just fixed what was needed and got me on my way fast. Joe Lorie my service advisor was the best customer service person I have ever met and Mark Leslie, service manager made sure my truck was ready when promised even though it was a holiday weekend. Thanks Guys!! I'll be back
