I purchased my car new 8 years ago new…service was great while I was under warranty; I continued using the service department after my warranty expired, the guys were great! My expectation over the years were that problems identified during a service would be brought to my attention& we would correct them or schedule another service. My last service..I had a tire rotation completed…upon leaving I felt a shake in the tires & immediately returned. I was then told I had 2 bad tires & bad shocks…(Note: all four tires were handled during rotation. That I paid for) I requested a quote 4 times for these repairs…the response was I’ll get it right to you… I had my car serviced today for the first time ever by another company… This was not my first bad experience; but the last straw…Just be cautious when doing general service…safety items might be overlooked More
