It's a crime to defraud any one weather it be a avg joe doing it or a big dealership plus it was 4 round trips total from OKC to Pryor and when I bought the truck I had to fill the tank up . Was willing and thought they made things right with us and found out just now they lied again but did fire my salesman and the finance guy over the fraud so they took it serious enough to do so I'll call this morning and ask for them both if they are still there it's also a civil lawsuit not just criminal charges they will face. CROOKS, Cars are polished JUNK Real friendly and helpful on the surface but they do not stand behind anything. Johnny is a SCAM artist he is your buddy until the sale is complete. I had the SAME ISSUES as the person above. Within days, I started having serious issues. Johnny told me the same thing. Needed to see it, then after enough conversation he and PAUL THE OWNER told me they were normal maintenance items not covered under warranty and then tried to change it after I told them it said it was covered in the warranty. They would not believe the PROFESSIONAL SALES ESTIMATE FROM DENOOYER OF $1300 I have been quoted to fix the truck. THERE ARE MAJOR ISSUES THAT THEY HAVE NOT FIXED AND I HAVE PROOF THEY WERE PRE-EXSITING. Therefore, I shouldn't need to claim under the warranty Regardless. Here are some of the issues : Steering clunking badly (front-end issue) Transmission line leaking MANIFOLD BOLT SNAPPED OFF (EXHAUST Leak) Tailgate handle seized Worn Serpentine belt FRONT DIFFERENTIAL SEAL BAD 3 BULBS OUT. I have a recorded call telling their mechanic about some of the issues above 2 days after purchase that were not fixed. THERE IS NO WAY THIS VEHICLE LEGALLY PASSED NYS INSPECTION. I was told profanely "words" I will not repeat, and to never call his shop again, he is done doing business with me. AND YES, HE BUYS ALL HIS VEHICLES FROM DEALERS. WHY? They are likely SOMEBODY'S USED TRADE-IN WITH PROBLEMS. THAT'S WHY HE BUYS THEM. In my opinion, PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I WOULDN'T EVEN BUY A BOTTLE OF WATER FROM THEM. NO RESPECT. UNPROFESSIONAL. All they will do is put on a bandaid until the repairs get to be expensive then they (Johnny) stops taking your calls and you are stuck with the bill. Their so called 12 month /12000 mile warranty only covers what Johnny feels is within warranty. Well Johnny doesn't feel anything is covered. They prey on people that are stuck and need a car fast. They look like really nice cars but thrust me they all have hidden issues. Johnny wouldn't have them if they didn't. I wouldn't recommend buying are wheel barrel from Johnny or anyone at Roberts auto sales. More
