My Review of Roberts Automall:
Roberts does not stand behind it's vehicles. I bought a 1996 subaru, priced at $6,500, with 89,000 miles. This car was represented to me as "reliable", and if I bought it without being "prettied up" they let me have it for $3,500. That is all well and good, however the car has required over $3,00 in repairs within a year. I filed a complaint with the consumer protection agency. Roberts informed them that the issue had been resolved, since they had given me a "good faith" discount on the labor gor one of the repairs. The repair was still almost $600 @ $50 an hour for labor instead of $78 an hour. Every time I went in they would say that the person I needed to yalk to wasn't in, when I came back to talk to them, I was told that they don't have a "crystal ball". I told them mine was only made of black plastic, and it kept telling me to "try again later". They didn't laugh. I tried to be good about all this, but I will never raccomend this deaker to anyone.
