My Review of Robke Chevrolet:
I went to Robke to look at the new Malibu. They are on my way home from work and I really like the looks of the Malibu. I was greeted by Rickey Steed. He knew everything about that car. When I road tested the car, I was amazed at how luxurious it was - I have to admit I was in love - with the car - not Rickey. But Rickey was terrific too. He we never pushy or insulting like some car salesmen. I had such a great time there, I took the car home that night. I have had the car for about 2 weeks now and I could not be happier with my car, my salesperson or my dealer. Thanks Rickey and Robke!

I shopped for a new cobalt on line and at a number of other dealerships, but no one ever seemed like they understood what I wanted and kept trying to sell me a used car. I called Robke and Tara answered the phone, she was so nice and professional. I went to see her the next day and she was even nicer in person. She helped me find exactly what I wanted and I bought from her. I have told all my friends to see her! If you go there, ask for her, she really listens.

I am a long time Robke Ford customer and when they closed I was very disappointed that people just don't buy locally. They have been a good neighbor for a very long time I really hate to see them go. However, I am now taking my vehicle to Robke Chevrolet and the service there is wonderful. Noah was very helpful and so polite and nice. I am looking forward to continue doing business with the Robke family. When my Ford is ready to retire I will probably buy a Chevy from Robke. They are good peole.

I just love working with Brian. He is such a nice young man and takes very good care of me. As a woman it is often intimidating to visit a dealer, but Brian always makes me feel comfortable and he is honest and he seems genuinely concerned about the condition of my vehicle. Every visit he reviews all the work that was done and answers all my questions - even the dumb ones - without making me feel like they are dumb questions. I have all my service work done here. Brian - he cares.

Jenny is the sweetest and most wonderful person I have ever encountered in a dealership. She is the cashier at Robke Chevrolet. I know that many times people like Jenny do not get the recognition that they should but she is so wonderful. If you have not had service work done - which by the way is wonderful - and had the opportunity to meet Jenny - you should go! Go NOW! You will never go anywhere else. We love you Jenny!

I worked with a young man who very much impressed me with his follow up and his overall knowledge of the vehicles. What began as an Internet discussion turned into the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Everyone was very nice. Wammy, kept me informed throughout the process and we drove off in a brand new Malibu - which I just love! Oh, and so does my wife - who actually drives the new car more than I do. We tried another dealer in Florence, but they lied to us and were very rude. So, we decided to use the Internet and I have to say - I am glad we did. I recommend Robke and Wammy everytime someone is in need of a good, honest dealer.

Doug Maxwell is the manager there and he is the nicest and most friendly man. He was very attentive and professional. I promise you if you buy there you will get a great deal and the best service and friendliest smiles possible. Genuinely nice.. that's how I explain my purchase experience.
