I recently traded in my 2008 Volkswagen Jetta for a different car. The reasoning was to get a lower payment. The thing was, however, the amount of I owed on the Jetta mixed with the amount it was worth made it very difficult to find a car with a lower payment because of banks and loans. Fortunately, I had Julie. Julie is a salesman there and she is very helpful. Not only did she stay late to help me out after being there over 12 hours already, but she also put the time and money to find me a car. She ended up finding me one and I was very helpful. Julie was very nice, very helpful, and guided me through all the process. I'm glad I bought a car from here!

This review is coming from someone who always avoided Rockenbach due to bad experiences in the past. I decided to give them another try because I live in the area and did not feel like driving to another town.

In the past, I felt like I was swimming in the Ocean with a bunch of sharks. This time, the entire atmosphere was different. There was an Equinox in the showroom that I sat in and took time looking at without anyone approaching me. I liked the time I had without any interference!. Then a lovely southern gentleman, Ed Risher came up and asked me if I needed any help or if he could answer any questions. I explained that I was researching what kind of vehicle I wanted and that I wanted to test an Equinox. He brought up an Equinox close to it. ( they did not have one exactly). I liked the Equinox and the was Ed handled himself. I came back with my husband another day and once again Ed was courteous.

I found an Equinox that I liked in Wisconsin.My husband and I came in to put money down on that vehicle and work the entire deal with my trade in. Ed tried to get that one, but the dealer sold it before we could get it. He spent time to find another. It was in WV. He worked with management to honor our original deal even though this Equinox had one extra option. It took a while to transport it and during that time Ed kept in contact with me, assuring me that the deal would not change. Well, he was true to his word and so was Rockenbach. I hope that they continue to act in this way because it was truly a very nice experience.

I Bought my new Silverado through Cody Hamel. He was on point with everything. He new all about the options and features I was looking for. He made it very easy and stress free. He was polite and friendly. I would recommend buying a vehicle from him and through Rockenbach. Very Happy!

since i walk in rockenbach carlos landaverde was really helpful i told him that i need a car but that i couldnt afford a new one and he right away found a use car for me, he was very helpful am glad i got to meet him and i like his honesty he really cares about his customers i had a great experience with him @ rockenbach i recomend it!!

what a wonderful experience this was, I walked in not really expecting to even get approved for a car loan. I walked out with a wonderful car, exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Joe, my sales person what is a great deal of help, there were no surprises and no pressure to buy. I'm so very happy with this dealership!
