In brief, I would highly recommend Jennifer to anyone I know who is interested in buying a Toyota or Scion. She is not the typical salesperson that I am accustomed to (loud, pushy etc). She is an "open" and cheerful person, is familiar with my car's (Prius C2) functionality and location of all of the controls/gauges that are necessary to safely operate the vehicle. She is a rather rare individual in that she blend the sales function with a great personality, so that when I left with my car I felt that I bought it from a friend.

My first visit I met with Josh Shepard. I fully intended on purchasing another Sienna but saw a Prius V in the showroom. I had hear dof the Prious but never the Prius V. I test drove both vehicles. Josh's knowledge of the Prius V was outstanding. He was sensitive to our needs and our concerns for safety with an autistic child. He encouraged us to bring our son in to go on a test drive. We did that the nest day but josh was not working. We met with Jennifer Lilly who was outstanding. She undertood our concerns for safety and appropriately interacted with our son. She, too had a great knowledge of the Prius V. I purchased the vehicle from her and have since been in touch with her a couple of times for questions. She responds very quickly and you never feel like you are bothering her. She does not forget about you after the sale. She explained all of the features of the car, set up the entune and the blue tooth.
I never intended to buy anything other than a Sienna and I did not plan on purchasing a car right away but they made it so easy. It was a pleasure purchasing from Rockingham Toyota

Internet sales manager was prompt in returning calls and following up. Both he the salesman were very helpful in making this a pleasant experience. The finance manager was very good at finding us the best available rate.

My husband and I walked onto the lot and soon were gently approached by Jay Enright. He guided us well with his knowledge and professionalism. We found a Toyota Corolla that met my needs and was within my spending range. We worked with Jay for a couple of days as he took care of the details and arrangements. It was a pleasure dealing with him, the financial manager and the men in the service department!

I had just purchased a new car and needed a valet key. These folks went out of their way to ensure that I received the key. The key was programmed and ready to go before very much time had passed. The customer service, friendliness and overall experience were great. I received my vehicle as expected. Jennifer went out of her way to ensure that the vehicle was the one that I actually wanted, listened to my concerns and worked the price to a price-point which was agreeable by both parties. This is my fourth vehicle purchased through Rockingham and hope to purchase many more through this dealership.
