My Review of Rockland Toyota:
I recommend this dealership but NOT Norman Aiken!!! He is the WORST salesman on this planet! He does not know about cars or how to treat customers- like how to pick up the phone and return a phone call. The only reason why I stuck with them was their internet manager Rodney Dennis was honest and had to fix all of Norman’s mistakes. Their financing guy- Lem was also very nice and honest. After complaining to the sales manager they are trying to be extra nice and buy me off with free service. So far I am giving them a bad evaluation, but let’s see what they can offer...
