My Review of Rockville Mitsubishi/Herson's Honda:
This has been the most horrible experience stretching out to months. It all started with the airbag light. I thought it would be pretty easy, maybe a one day job. But, everytime we got the car back something else was broken, like the seat track, then the fuel sensor, then they said it needed bushings and front end alignment, then the fuel sensor still wasn't working again, this time, they broke the seatbelt in doing the other work and mumbled something about the dashboard having a problem. Somehow the mileage odometer got reset! It never stops! We keep having to go back. Even though repairs are under warrantee, it's been a friggen nightmare. This is crazy. I don't feel secure driving the car now. The seatbelt light is on and I don't trust that they fixed the air bag properly. They claimed in email that they completed a front-end alignment, but when I got the paper work a month later, it said that it had just been done a couple of days earlier. somethings not right with this place.

My Review of Rockville Mitsubishi/Herson's Honda:
I bought a 2009 Mitsubishi Outlander in May after my car was totalled. This vehicle was previously used by the owner's relative and had a little over 4000 miles on it. Benny was VERY anxious for me to purchase this car, calling me multiple times asking if I was going to come back and buy it. He was very nice initially. I even gave him a glowing review when I was called by Mitsubishi later that week. Benny promised me (along with my mother, brother and father) that I was getting a great deal on a fully loaded Outlander, which was blue-tooth ready. I asked if I could hook up my iPod to the car's stereo system and he assured me that I could. Over and over he assured us that all I had to do was pair my phone to the car's system and hook up my iPod and I'd be good to go. I drove away ready to do just that. Needless to say, I could never get these things to work, even after calling him and asking for help and after buying the "wire" he suggested from Radio Shack for the iPod. The check engine light came on about one week ago (loose gas cap) and the parts department near my home in Delaware stated that I had to purchase ~$500-$600 worth of materials and labor in order to get these things to work. When I called Benny, he told me that he never said those things were ready to work and proceeded to tell me that he doesn't know what Joe will do since he basically "gave me" that car and that I "keep calling back asking for more and more stuff" and that I was "making a big deal about it." At this point, I decided to take it up with the Corporate office. I spoke with the GM who bluntly stated that there's nothing he can do for me. My claim with the Corporate office is being processed. I will NEVER go back to Rockville Mitsubishi. Benny obviously wanted to get that car off of the showroom floor and figured he'd tell me what he needed to in order to get his commission. Brian Hirsch would have been happy if I were calling him because I was referring someone, but was very rude and short with me when he found out why I was calling. I will continue to spread the word about this dealership in hopes that no one else will have to deal with such a dishonest car dealership. After all, buying a car is a big investment. 7 On Your Side, here I come!

My Review of Rockville Mitsubishi/Herson's Honda:
Steve Flint, the Service Manager of Herson's Honda is an [violative content deleted] salesperson. Their goal is to scam you into paying, nothing more. I have a Honda Insight that I bought from Herson's Honda. Very frequently, it lights up several cryptic signs such as the IMA light. According to the manual, you should take it to the dealer once you see the IMA light.

Neither Steve Flint nor Amir Gasemy (Salesperson) can tell me why this light is coming on. I asked both of them and their answer is "we don't know". But I ended up paying for their "we don't know" diagnosis. They claim they charged the battery, a compliant that I did not have since the battery will charge as I drive the car.

Steve Flint, who asserted that "you can take it to another dealer, you don't have to bring it here" three times, could not give me the answer to my question. Why was the IMA light showing?

I always had issues with the dishonesty displayed at Herson's Honda. I will never go back.

My Review of Rockville Mitsubishi/Herson's Honda:
They repeatedly called me for services beyond what was covered by the insurance of the person who hit my car, using intimidating tactics.
In one of my many complaints, the adjuster, Michelle Baron, insisted that a
problem with the lock cylinder on the left front door was apparently due to vandalism, and not any error on the part of Herson's for a previous recent repair. Thus they refused to accept liability. Also they would not put back my damaged front bumper so I could get a second opinion. Unless I agreed to pay their exorbitant price, my only recourse was to get the car towed to my neighborhood in Bethesda, about 12 miles away, minus the original bumper. Throughout I was treated with rudeness and disrespect.

My Review of Rockville Mitsubishi/Herson's Honda:
Very bad service. They damaged my vehicle and never even once apologized. They did not acknowledge their mistakes and covered up the damages that they caused to my vehicle. The damages that they caused could have caused serious injury to my family. Shame on them, they should be out of business.

My Review of Rockville Mitsubishi/Herson's Honda:
I brought my car to the body shop last Tuesday and they told me it's ready to be picked up today. After a week of repairing, my car ended up in a even worse condition. Scratches all over the car. Noticeable weird stain spot on the car. Paint job was not done to a satisfactory state. Best of all, the windshield is CRACKED!! The guy told me that the crack might be caused by the paint baking process, and the body shop is unwilling to be held liable for the cause. The pricing is outrages, too. Once they are done getting what they should done right in the first place, I will never go back again.

My Review of Rockville Mitsubishi/Herson's Honda:
Horrible experience. Bought a "certified" used Honda Si.
Brought the car back 6 times to resolve issues with the car.
On the last trip, once they began to complete the 150 check point inspection, they discovered the car was in an accident and could not be certified.
Ended up returning the car for full refund.

Serious lack of communication between sales and service.
Late or non-existent return phone calls.
Dealt with Remo, Joel (mgr), Hernan (mgr), and Andrakakos (GM)

In short, would not wish this experience on my worst enemy.
Go elsewhere. Save yourself the headache.
