I had a problem with a 2004 Touareg purchased from another dealer. Mike Sauter, the Service Manager, was great as he helped me with VW of North America to get a replacement.

My Review of Rod East Volkswagen Inc:
this is my 3rd vw in 3 years from the same dealer. the first car they messed up by not putting a transmission cap on so i leaked tm fluid.. went into service 3 times before they finally found out what the problem was even though i've told them 3 times about the tm fluid being low. traded in that car b/c transmisson was gone!! got a beetle. had to trade that one in b/c we had a baby and needed a 4 door car. they promised to pay off balance on my car and start over with a clean slate. found out about a week later after going through my files that they lied and charged me $2800 over window ticket price. they didnt pay off my car, got me into another jetta which i didnt want, which broke down the next week(got car on saturday, broke down on friday) the clutch burned out. didnt want this car since it already messed up with having less than 700 miles on it. they then told me they would only give me 13000 for the NEW jetta, causing even higher payments. still trying to work this out and its tuesday.
