After doing my initial shopping online I decided to come to this dealer because they were closer to my new home and their pricing was very competative. I set an apt up with Bre through the internet and when I arrive was almost immediately told the vehicle I was shopping for didn't had been sold. I agreed to look at something else until everything else they had to offer was much more. I viewed this as the typical sales tactic's that make people dread shopping for cars for and took my business elsewhere.

I bought my first vehicle(2009 Honda CRV) from Ron Bouchard's Auto Stores, I would recommend their internet sales manager Bree Hardin,It is a very good experience starting from quoting on the internet, till driving off. Bree is very nice, very professional.

Between my own personal cars and my business, I have purchased 8 cars from them within the past 3 years. Their prices and service are excellent. They even helped me out with one wacky deal where I traded-in two cars for one new car. If you want to buy a Honda, Nissan, Kia or Dodge, go see Bree, she's great!

I had a fantastic experience with buying a new Kia Soul! at Ron Bouchard with Noah, Terry and Todd. I knew exactly what I wanted and they were not only able to accommodate me with color and price, they went above and beyond to help me get my car the same day. I was in early enough that it was possible, but they didn't have to go the extra mile to make that happen for me and they did! Noah the salesman was charming and no pressure; I spoke with him throughout the day and I could tell he really cared about the product and his customers. Things were explained to me throughout the whole process. I was happy with both the sales and finance end of things; in fact everyone I encountered at the dealership was friendly and pleasant and genuinely so. Thanks to Noah, Terry and Todd for making this such a good experience; I'll be back!

I have owned more than 20 cars over the years and my experience with Ron Bouchard Honda, and especially Bree Hardin, have been excellent. They give you a good price up front without any silly games, and they don't whack you too hard on the "DOC FEE" etc. The service department is accomodating and they will take the time to explain what they did to your vehicle, and why. My only complaint is that the dealership is a wierd mishmash of buildings that are arranged in no particular logical order, and the first time that you arrive there for service it's very difficult to know where to go. Overall, I'd give them an A-, which is a LOT better than some of the other dealers with whom we've done business.

I dropped my 2007 Dodge ram 1500 off to have an oil change, inspection sticker, tire fixed and leaking back window and blown speakers fixed. They called and said they couldnt pass the truck due to bad tie rod ends and struts. That was fine so i set an appointment for a week later so the could fix all the problems. First they gave me a hassle about the tire. I purchased the tire warranty when i bought the truck, in order to use it i had to drive 1/2 hour home and get my copy of the tire warranty for them to belive me. The should have looked it up in their records so i didnt have to drive home to get it. Second they said that the window leaking is not covered under warranty, when i know that my truck is NOT the only one with this problem. Third when i dropped my turck off this morning (a week later) they dont have my parts in. They didnt call to tell me that, i showed up for them to tell me. They could do the speakers today but nothing else. So i was ok with that but i needed a loaner vehicle to get back and forth to work since there is no e.t.a. for my parts, i cant drive around with a bad sticker. They refused to give me one "they dont have one available" I signed up for the buisness owner program which gaurentees you a loaner, well i dont have one & now will miss work untill my parts come in which could take forvever. The struts are in "national demand" because there is so many problems with them, um can you say RECALL then!!! If i was driving some old piece of crap truck i could understand these problems, but the turck is a year old with 20000 miles on it! Her expliantion for my front end being bad was "new england roads a horrible" WTF??? Its a truck. Anyway, if you deide to go to Ron Bouchards to purchase a vechicle, i highly reccomend CURTIS for sales at dodge, he was great, But have your service done SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! They are NOT helpfull and dont have a clue whats going on!!!!

We went shopping for our new family car this weekend. We narrowed our choices down and headed off to Ron Bouchards for a 2009 CR-V. I bought my new Honda from Curtis and Bill. They worked very hard to get me top dollar for my trade. They made the buying experience very enjoyable. It was a straight forward deal. No games played here. If you're looking for a new car ask for Curtis Ruby.

My Review of Ron Bouchard's Auto Stores:
I spent five hours between the honda and kia showrooms with salesman Noah. The whole day, Noah was helpful and patient in trying to find something I loved and could afford. Unfortunately since I am a student without a regular income, I could not attain a low interest rate. So by the end of the day we realized that my price range for a monthly payment was unrealistic for the cars we were looking at. Noah gave a sincere effort in trying to get the payment within my price range, but with my high interest rate it was not doable. Despite the lack of success, Noah and Terry were both very helpful and they even called me later in the afternoon to suggest other options. Noah was kind and honest throughout the entire visit. Although I was upset that I could not afford the two cars I liked (honda fit and kia spectra sx) the experience was positive. I believe they also offered me a fair price with a 3000 rebate and free oil changes for 2 years, but my interest rate just killed the deal.

I would definetly recommend ron bouchard's to anyone who wants a laid back, no pressure atmosphere while car shopping. I hope that I am able to return there someday when I can afford a Fit!

Ron Bouchard's Honda dealt fairly with me from the minute i walked in the door. they offered me an excellent price for my trade-in REGARDLESS of what car i was going to buy. Salesmen Pete and Noah were incredibly patient and never once rushed me or made me feel like i was wasting their time. i returned to the dealership three weekends in a row, driving different models. they were very knowledgeable and informative and really worked with me to help me choose the car that best fit my needs. i visited two other dealers (bigger and well-advertised) that were closer to where i live. one had a circus-type atmosphere with very high-pressure sales tactics where my trade-in value depended on what i was buying. the other offered me less than half for my trade and simply dismissed me. i can't say enough good about my experience at Bouchard's. other dealers tried to charge me $100 for alloy wheel locks. at Bouchard's they were just included. no mention was made about them, but when i picked up the car there they were. the paperwork was easy - no high pressure to buy anything i didn't want. honestly, they may be a little further away but if you want to deal with someone who respects your intelligence go to Ron Bouchard's!

I had been searching for about two years for a car that met my requirements. I was looking for a very particular brand, model, and year. For the record, there were plenty of availability for used Sonata's, but none of the dealerships seemed to have the right color and option package, as a used-car. Just a few weeks earlier, I had a rather negative experience with another dealership (they lost the sale) so I was very careful going into this next attempt to purchase a car and I wasn't going to make the same mistakes this time around.

I am going to describe my experience with this dealership which took place about one year ago (Dec 2007).

I found a vehicle on cars.com and called the dealership to ensure the vehicle was still in stock. I spoke to Eric who confirmed the vehicle was still there and arranged for me to take a test drive later that day. Once I arrived, we went on a short test drive around the area and came back to the dealership.We talked a few numbers but I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to do. It was close to closing time for the dealership. Somehow, Eric was able to pull some strings and allow me to take the car home overnight to get the approval of friends and family. I was totally overjoyed with this opportunity and surprised that a dealership would allow that.

I returned the following day and I was sold. After a bit more negotiating on the price, I got the car down to a reasonable price (it was way overpriced on the sticker for a used Hyundai). Once we agreed on a price, the finance department matched me with a lender with a very reasonable interest rate. I signed the paperwork and was told I should be able to pick up the car within a few days.

This is where for some reason they ran into a snag. Somehow they messed up the paperwork and ended up delaying the delivery of the car an entire week (just imagine how difficult that was for me!!). This is the only reason I can't give them a perfect rating.

Once delivery day arrived, I picked up the car which had just been washed and filled up with gas. They gave me all sets of keys (a total of 3) and keyless entry transmitters (which is amazing that they had all the original keys etc.!).

Someone even called me a few weeks later to make sure everything was all set. Great service!

I've been driving the car for over a year now with very few issues. I would take the car back there for service, but they are way too far way unfortunately.

Overall, a very good experience.
