I waited over 4 hours just to get an oil change. I was told I would get an update but that it would be around two hours and didn’t hear anything until I went to ask after 3 hours. The communication between workers is not there. A tire was ordered and I was told it would be here possibly in the evening or first thing in the morning tomorrow. The next day arrived and I received a call from Hyundai telling us that the tire was still not here. Someone else called and stated that the tire had arrived and we made an appointment. Later I received another call telling me that if we don't make our appointment that the service would have to be done tomorrow. My wife was already at the dealership and the work was already in the works. This kind of communication is worry some. My wife was helped by Sabrina who was very helpful, very nice, and kept my wife very informed of the progress of the service. As for the rest???? More

I have an intermittent mechanical issue covered by warranty which your technician has not been able to diagnose or fix after several attempts. Not only that but his work to attempt diagnosis and repai warranty which your technician has not been able to diagnose or fix after several attempts. Not only that but his work to attempt diagnosis and repair resulted my fuel line coming off 1/2 a mile from the dealership after pick up, resulting in my car stalling out, not restarting and fuel leaking in the middle of the roadway. In the end Hyundai has provided me with a vehicle that prevents me from driving it but Hyundai can't diagnose it so I am stuck with a faulty vehicle that puts me in harms way every day I drive it. I would expect more from Hyundai and its dealerships. More
