My Review of Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo Service Center:
I cannot stress enough how horrible the service is at Ron Tonkin GT. Absolutely HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! They are rude, slow, and worst of all liars. They will have you bring your car back 3 times just to fix something simple. I cannot stress enough how bad this service was. I had something replaced and wanted the original back and they said they didn t have it anymore. Well after raising a stink for a few months, MONTHS!!! They miraculously found it in their warehouse. They are a bunch of absolute jerks that lie and try to steal. I hope their dealership is revoked. This is an absolute embarrasment for Ferrari and Maserati. If they knew what was going on they would take back that dealership. I imagine you get better service and honesty at some sleeze ball used car dealership on 82nd.
PS. What a trashy location, I mean you pull out and you see drug addicts, tatooted and pierced teenagers, and meth-addled tweakers. Mexicans hootin and hollerin at you and your wife as you pull out. I am embarrased to go out there.
I love my car but would not buy again from them. I have dealt with every possible service dept. of all types of vehicles. This was by far the worst.
