I took my 2013 Ford F-150 in to the service with a vibration in the rear of the vehicle. I have a extended warranty on the vehicle and was told they would except this warranty but there would be a $16 vibration in the rear of the vehicle. I have a extended warranty on the vehicle and was told they would except this warranty but there would be a $160 diagnostic charge. I had no problem with that fee until they called me 3 weeks later and said they would need another $450 for a different diagnostic test. I declined to pay for anymore test and picked up my vehicle. All they could tell me was yes it has a vibration or wobble but didn't really seem to have a clue. I guess if a computer can't tell the mechanic what's wrong there lost. I'm 65 and miss the days of real mechanic 's. More

I have mixed emotions writing this review,I had our 2013 Explorer in for service yesterday 12/27/2023,you can pull R/O # 6082630/2,I appreciate the timely manner to get vehicle in and out but my problem is Explorer in for service yesterday 12/27/2023,you can pull R/O # 6082630/2,I appreciate the timely manner to get vehicle in and out but my problem is the labor charge of $750.00,while I was there I got a quote for brake repair of $899.00,Oil pan gasket for around 700.00 for 2008 Jeep,about a year ago a septic tank bill averaged 1,000.00 an hour labor for 5 ours.I appreciate Shaun Joey and Steve Smith,know they are only doing their job but this is really hard to deal with,certainly cannot afford to trade.My wife and I have purchased 3 new Explorers with your company since around year 2,000,have reffered several including family and friends. have worked in heavy equipment parts sales,I know how parts can be priced up.I had decided this morning to cancel brake work but too late,I did cancel oil pan gasket.
