My Review of Rosen Kia of Elgin:
I called him in the morning specifically asking about a Used Kia that was advertised on the internet asking if he had it there in stock before I drove 30 minutes to see it. We even called on our way there, when we got there they did not have the car on the lot and tried to sell us a new car. If I wanted to buy a new kia there is a dealership down the street. I wanted to buy this specific car and his response was well go to the other dealer. No apologies just said that the car we are looking for is in Milwaukee and we were dumb car buyers passing on a new car and wanting a used.

Very frustrating and wasted an hour just to drive there and back. I would not recommend doing business with these people.

My Review of Rosen Kia of Elgin:
I went to Rosen Kia looking to purchase a new Soul. I walked into the show room and though sales people will look up at you it is like pulling teeth to get one to talk to you because they just ignore you are there. I started walking over to one of them which unfortunately ended up being Greg Hudon. I highly recommend just leaving if you get stuck working with Greg. He was unpleasant to talk with and really seemed to act as if you are just interrupting his day. My wife took a test drive in a Soul and we decided we were going to buy one. I asked her what color she wanted (which there was only one color she really liked) and Greg insisted that we have to give him more color options before he would even try to find us a car. We also were told we had to put down a deposit before he would even look for the car. We ended up leaving because we no longer wanted to work with this tool and went home. I went on one website Cars.com and was able to find the color and type of Soul my wife was looking for in 10 minutes (yeah that was really hard there Greg). I had to drive a little further than where Elgin was from me, but this place had pleasant people to work with and gave me a much better price than Greg had told me he could give us beating Greg's price by thousands. It is worth going somewhere else for better service and better price.

My Review of Rosen Kia of Elgin:
We were very specific in what we wanted from a dealer when buying our new car: someone straightforward who would give us direct answers to our questions without the excess sales pitch. We did a lot of research on the Internet before deciding what to buy and then wanted email quotes from dealers. Rosen Kia (Jon Helgesen in particular)was one of only a few we contacted who was willing to supply us with exactly the information we were looking for (it's amazingly difficult to get a direct answer to a question from most dealers), and the price was also good. The experience once we got to the dealership was similarly good -- they seemed to understand that we wanted a no-nonsense transaction, and at the same time everyone was extremely pleasant and we even had a few laughs. Jon had to leave before we got the car and Dave Gonzales was extremely nice about taking over and helping us out even though he didn't have a financial stake in it. Rosen is pretty far from us (about an hour away) but it was worth the trip and we would go there again.

My Review of Rosen Kia of Elgin:
If you are looking to purchase a KIA, I would highly recommend meeting with Andrew Hieduke from Rosen KIA in Elgin IL. Not only is he knowledgeable, he makes the buying experience about you! By the time you leave, you will know you received a fair deal, while being treated with the up most respect, all by making you feel 100% comfortable.

Like a lot of people, customer service is a must for me and I feel is the biggest part of purchasing a vehicle. There are two things that I look for, 1st you want to be treated with respect; secondly you want to be treated fairly.

I chose Rosen KIA by looking at their inventory online through their website. When I walked into the dealership, it was clean and uncluttered. The sales representatives didn’t converge on you when you first walked in; instead a man that was positioned near the door immediately approached me and extended his hand. His name is Andrew Hieduke.

Andrew was A W E S O M E! As we walked out to take a look at their inventory, he asked me how I chose their dealership, what vehicle I was interested in, and what features I was looking for. He immediately told me if they didn’t have what I was looking for on the lot, they were able to find it or order it.

I picked out a car with the features I wanted and he went in to grab the keys. As he pulled the car out for a better look, he opened the sun roof, turned on the air, and turned on the cooling feature for the seats. Then he proceeded to tell me about the features of the car. He knew it all. He asked me questions, listening to what I had to say, picking up on the benefits that were different from the Sonata that I was also looking at. He explained everything in a way that never made me feel stupid but made me aware of what the car had to offer.

On the test ride, Andrew showcased how the car performed, first taking me down a highway, then down residential streets, over both smooth and bumpy surfaces. Andrew really took the time with me, asking me throughout the experience my thoughts and opinions. This is exactly how a sales person should be. Listening to what I had to say, what I was looking for, and then offering benefits and solutions. He was never pushy. He made me feel like I was making the right decision and was there to help steer me when needed.

Andrew also told me about the Rosen family of dealerships. He stated that one of their top priorities is customer service/satisfaction. I was also trading in my current vehicle and when he presented me with an offer; it didn’t feel like a slap in the face like other dealerships I had been to. He knew how to present it. Once we negotiated a deal, I felt that I was being treated fairly and most importantly I felt that I was being treated with respect!

When the paperwork was finally completed, Andrew walked me back and introduced me to the service manager. He walked me out to the new car and once again went over the features. He ensured that the blue tooth connection was set up and then called me from his phone to ensure it was working properly. As I stated before, he made the experience all about me! He gave me his full attention. I never felt rushed and left with a great service experience. When buying a KIA go see Andrew, he made the difference for me and he will do the same for you!

Our experience in buying a new car was very good. Since the beginning we liked the harrassment free atmosphere, the seller didn't push us to buy the car, in stead, he gave us relevant information about the products he was selling. The whole experience was clear, quick, and relaxed. Another good factor is the fact that the seller is bilingual (English-Spanish) so both my husband and I felt comfortable.

Jon was/is a charm to work with. This is really how a car buying experience should be. Between start to finish, it was around 2 and 1/2 hours time spend at the dealer during which time we completed every aspect of the buying process from going over the vehicle to closing on the financing. As far as I am concerned, buying a car should be a simple straight forward process like buying a gallon of milk. People like Jon can make it happen in a very pleasurable way. I am a sales professional myself and I appreciate this man's abilities.

I have never been to a car dealership like this before. We needed to buy a car because we were currently renting and, that was getting to expensive. The big stumbling block we had was our credit. We had gone to several dealerships and found that we did not meet their credit criteria. After seeing an ad for Rosen Kia in Elgin, we called and spoke with Jared Mueller. At the time, we were interested in a Kia Sedona. After trying many different avenues Jared just could not get it to work on a car that expensive. He ask if we would consider another car perhaps not as high in price. After looking at a few other cars, he showed us the Kia Soul. The first thing I thought was "OH,NO" not the hamster mobile.(From their commercial) After looking over the Soul, I soon changed my tone. For the size the car is on the outside, it has tremendous amounts of room on the inside. For me that was a plus because I am on the larger size. Now that we found a car we really liked that was lower in price it was up to Jared to find out if we could finance it. I have never seen a salesman work so hard to find financing that would work. Later I found out that it was not only Jared but also other people that work there that went above and beyond to get us into a car. I would whole-heartedly recommend Rosen Kia to everyone. They not only try to get you into a car, they make you feel like family.

My Review of Rosen Kia of Elgin:
After spending a considerable amount of time researching vehicles on line I called all over the greater Chicagoland area trying to find not only the best deal, but a dealership - and more specifically a sales team - that I felt would be good to work with and concerned with my needs. Jared Mueller was very quick, as I would expect, to tell me what I wanted to hear; the diffence: Jared actually backed up his comments. Here is how. Jared and I had agreed to terms of our transaction, however he had to go find a car for me. My car of choice was going to be a 2012 KIA Sorento LX with 3rd row seat and convenience package. Evidently this was a very popular car, as after committing to purchase the vehicle Jared ran into problems locating what I was looking for in colors that I wanted. After exhausting his resources, Jared and his manager Chris Stevens called and explained the situation. I knew what I was willing to pay and had calculated the cost of ownership of this vehicle forwards and backwards, determined what was the appropriate price and set my limitations and expectations. Jared and Chris delivered. I now have the 2013 KIA Sorento LX with 3rd row seat in the color of my choice on order - prices and rebates for the model did change, however the team has agreed to stand by their word and pricing. To date, I couldn't be more satisfied.
