My Review of Rosen Nissan Suzuki Kia:
Bought 2005 Nissan Pathfinder with CERTIFIED-PREOWNED status on window sticker; vehicle was never subjected to required 142 point assurance inspection, which is required by Nissan to be placed under CERTIFIED-PREOWNED status. This disgusting vehicle was never cleaned, as promised by sales person Dan Sommers, there were splatter marks everywhere inside of the vehicle, the sales person said that everything would be "taken care of". Also sales information displayed Dvd player as selling feature; Dvd player was broken, none of the original necessary components such as remote or headphones were included. When I brought this to Dan Sommers attention, he told me to go to radio shack myself because it wasn't his problem. We were told on June 24, 2008 before we closed, that the front licence plate brackets would be installed immediately, which is required by Wisconsin state law- still has not been installed as of yet. Rear diver's side window inoperable. Sales person Dan Sommers lied about several issues regarding this vehicle. The sales department at Rosen Nissan were rude and not at all receptive to our concerns about their questionable buisness practices. This whole ordeal has proven to us that Nissan's CERTIFIED PREOWNED VEHICLE status is a joke. To date none of these issues have been addressed.

My Review of Rosen Nissan Suzuki Kia:
I have been to dozens of dealerships and the Rosen in Milwaukee, the 27th St location, is by far the worst, bar none. We dealt with a total of 5 different salespeople within a span of 45 minutes because they would initially help us then disappeared and never came back. We finally test drove a Nissan but didn't like it. When we returned from the test drive, of course the salesman last helping us was nowhere to be found and by that time we just wanted to get out of there. So I dropped the keys off with another salesperson and said we'd keep on looking.

What happened next was certainly a surprise. A Rosen employee who was standing next to the door told us we had to wait for our salesperson, I explained to him that we really weren't interested in looking anymore here and were done for the day. As I started to walk past him through the door he placed his arm across the door blocking us in and said "Go sit down and wait for him [the salesman]." I was dumbfounded to say the least. After the surprise wore off, I let him know kindly that his arm wouldn't prevent us from leaving and he finally relented.

The worst part of all this was that the owner of that location (the guy with the silly look and voice in the commercials) was standing no further than 6 feet away from us, and he was stood there watching the whole thing. So if you want to feel bullied and intimidated into buying a car and have all the joy of buying a new car taken away from you, then Rosen is the place for you.

My Review of Rosen Nissan Suzuki Kia:
Bought a used Altima that was supposedly thoroughly inspected. I noticed it leaked coolant and was met with stiff resistance, denial, and hostility when I asked to return the car. I persisted and finally got my money back, but their attitude demonstrated that should a customer problem arise, they will be anything but helpful.
