Rosenthal Chevrolet diagnosed my car’s problem and fixed it without trying to sell me other unnecessary stuff. Unlike some mechanic shops that tell you that one part is broken and get you spend more money to fix more things and give you a much higher bill. If you use them, I believe that Rosenthal Chrysler service shop will make you feel the same way about them as I did.

My chevrolet sebring has been serviced at rosenthal chrysler since 2005. My visit each time has been a good experience. The people there are nice and accomodating. My car has not needed any major repairs yet so I could not comment on the quality of their work.

By far the easiest and most friendly car dealership I have ever been in. And buying a car was the simplest process ever. Over the phone I told the salesman what I was prepared to pay, what I needed to get for a trade, which Jeep Grand Cherokee I wanted. I got exactly that we I arrived with no hassle. The Jeep brand is a great product and Rosenthal Jeep Chrysler is the best place to buy a Jeep!

I was looking for a Chevrolet Tahoe LTZ and sent out a few emails to some local dealers in Northern Va. V in the internet department sent me a price quote within about 10 minutes. He gave me all the options that was on the Tahoe that he had quoted me. He even included the freight charge of $900 included in his price. I did receive lower prices from 2 other dealers only to find out that they wanted to add in the freight on top of their price quote when I went in to drive their vehicle. As soon as the other dealers started adding fees and taking away rebates, I left and went to Rosenthal. He showed me the vehicle and I accepted his offer. I met Ahmed in the finance department. He's a gentleman and never tried to force any warranties and extras on us after we told we weren't interested.

I'm very happy with this dealer! If you want to buy a new Chevrolet or Jeep or Chrysler, come see V. He's not your typical salesperson.

We bought a Jeep Wrangler in April of 06' We asked the dealership if they could tag the vehicle in MD instead of VA because we were moving. They said YES. Today is August 22nd of 06 and we are still unable to get a tag. They have lost our paperwork, lost our information numerous times and lie to cover up for it.
THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE RUDE AND HOMOPHOBIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pablo is a SNAKE IN THE GRASS and Jeff Barley is your typical USED CAR SALESMAN........ this is a P.O.S Dealership please drive the extra miles to purchase at another dealership...

OF everybody I have had the pleasure of meeting at this dealership. Linda in finance is a diamond in the ruff and I can not figure out why she works there.. Good luck Linda.

I recently purchased a truck from this dealership and I would have to say that the staff that I worked with was very helpful. I talked with and interacted with at least 10 people, all of whom were great. However, their director of finance, Pablo was a real piece of work. He tacked on all sorts of fees without ever explaining the situation or what they were. When I later returned to talk with him about what happened, he passed me on to another finance employee and then called that person (with me still in the office and able to hear what he was saying) and explained that I was a real pain in the ass. I was very pleased with all the other employees at this dealership. Everyone went out of their way to make sure I had a good first time car buying experience.
