My Review of Rosenthal Chevrolet Jeep Chrysler:
We purchased a Chevrolet Silverado truck from this dealership in 2001. In the last 3 months, we have brought the truck in to have the same engine problem repaired four times. Despite the service agent's platitudes, the problem was not repaired and the truck broke down twice which resulted in large towing bills. The service agent promised to reimburse us for these expenses yet when he learned the actual amount, he advised that the money would have to come from Chevrolet itself. At this point the "director of service" (Mike Murphy) said that he would follow up with my husband the next day. Of course, Mr. Murphy failed to contact us. (This was not a surprise as Mr. Murphy had not returned my phone call after I left a message for him the first time the truck broke on the side of the road.) Overall, our experience with the dealership is that 1) they cannot repair their product and 2) they do not follow up with their customers when they say they will. We would not recommend this dealership or Chevrolet products.

My Review of Rosenthal Chevrolet Jeep Chrysler:
A while back, while traveling through Arlington on I-395, the master cylinder on my 4-speed 1996 Cavalier broke away from the firewall. It was after five by the time a tow-truck was able to recover my car and take it to the nearest Chevy dealership, which was Rosenthal. While they weren't able to do anything for me that night (certainly understandable), they worked me in first thing the next morning. I phoned a friend for a place to stay overnight, and I was on my way again that next afternoon. Very friendly, very helpful. If I lived in the area, I'd be glad to take my car back for future service.

My Review of Rosenthal Chevrolet Jeep Chrysler:
I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer almost 2 years ago. A Dodge Durango 1998 and I have had more issues than I care to mention. Before the sale was a year old - I had to replace water pump and belts, this year I had to have the front end suspension done and replace spindle for left front brake, which was stripped. I had heard bad things regarding the used car department but against my better judgement I went there with guarantee financing. I had already spoken to my credit who was going to finance my car. I have a hard time understanding why a company such a yours would treat customers in such a manner. The name Rosental has meaning or at least I thought it did. In less than 2 years I have paid out over $3,000 in repairs. One would think that when you purchase a car that is not sold AS IS that it has been given a thorough check through not a temporary fix. Perhaps you need to take another look at management. Thank you
