My family has been coming to the service department of Rosenthal chantilly Jaguar over 4 years now and I've had nothing but excellent experience here.(cashier) is always friendly no matter what time it is ( I'm an early person). Emi has always been able to answer any questions I might have. I have nothing but good things to say about this service department.

Always love going here to Chantilly Jaguar and LR... Service is top notch..People are friendly and know what the hell they are talking about. To top it all of you get back a nice shiny clean car back. I will continue my taking my business to Rosenthal jaguar/LR for years to come.

Took my car to this dealership on a referral from a friend of mine and the advice was great. He told me these people really know how to work on cars, so I took my jag there and sure enough they fixed the noise that so many other shops had told me was "normal". I will for sure come back here for all the needs of my car. Rosenthal Jaguar.

I have a Jaguar that I bought from another dealership, although it was a decent deal, they would charge me an arm and leg at their service department every time I would go to get service done. I was told by a friend to try Rosenthal Jaguar in Chantilly and after the fisrt time I was surprised at how much I was being overcharged at the other location. This place is really nice and tell you the truth. The prices are way lower than any other place I have taken my car to.

Bought my jaguar after thoroughly researching this car. Rosenthal Chantilly jaguar’s internet staff responded quickly. Yet I didn't feel pressured. Do your research - but make sure the entire experience is pleasant (as mine was)and you feel good about parting with your thousands of dollars to that dealership, my most pleasant experience has been with Rosenthal Chantilly Jaguar.

I recently started taking my Jaguar XF to Chantilly Jaguar for routine maintanence. I would have to say that I actually enjoyed my time there. It was not very busy so I was taken care of immediately as I arrived and they also cleaned my car afterwards.

I have always received great treatment and service from Jaguar of Chantilly, particularly from their service department. I have two Jaguars, a S-type (mines) and a X-type (my wife’s), and we both like this dealership. It really helped that they offered me a complimentary loaner car while our car being serviced.

I would like to commend the service guys and mechanics at Chantilly Jaguar for their expertise in getting my Jaguar X Type repaired in a timely fashion. After taking my Jaguar X Type to several places and was told that the problem was very expensive to fix, I ended up at Jaguar of Chantilly and they took care of the problem and it did not cost me nearly as much.

During my visit to Rosenthal Jaguar of Chantilly, every effort was made to ensure that I was enveloped in sheer luxury. I loved the fact that they let me test-drive a couple of different cars before I settled on one. The Dealership itself is charming and central to everything! The Dealership is beautiful, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The bathroom is large with all amenities. The salespeople are helpful and friendly but not annoyingly aggressive. You may access the Internet while the front desk prepares you a coffee or cold drink, and the salesperson gets your car ready for you to take home. I would recommend this dealership to my best friend.
