My Review of Rosenthal:
We originally bought our 2001 PT Cruiser from there. Every time I stopped in, our salesman Bernard was happy to talk to me and answer any questions I had. He would always asked if there was anything he could do for us. We were so satisfied, that we took her parents in to see him when her mom wanted a PT Cruiser convertible. I'll probably need to get another car pretty soon and that's the first place I'm going to consider. Rosenthal Chevrolet definitely has made it comfortable for me and my family to do business there.

My Review of Rosenthal:
I put out a request for a quote for a 2008 chrysler from cars.com. This dealership was the only one that replied back through email immediately with quotes. Rosenthal Chrysler were much easier to deal with compared to some of the other dealerships in the area that I finally had to called to get quotes. Most were reluctant and wanted me to come in. If you want a easy buying experience, go to this dealer.

My Review of Rosenthal:
Took car in for minor repair, returned the car to me and I went home, only to find out that I was driving around with no coolant. They had left the radiator cap off causing the coolant to boil off. Car was returned to them. To pass the blame on to me, they drilled a hole !! into a coolant line causing a leak. I have reported them to BBB, Daimler Chrysler, and current dealing with Rosenthal corporate for resolution. NEVER, I MEAN NEVER, go to this dealership. Bunch of incompetent, unethical fools!

My Review of Rosenthal:
(2) Another time, I took my car to this dealer for a tune up. Based on a $750 charge for the tune up, I thought that everything should be done top notched. However, the next day, my car stopped while driving on I95 in Winter. When the car was towed to Rosenthal dealership, they discovered that they did not fasten the cable tightly. Man... I am glad that they did not work the braking system on my Town/Country.

My Review of Rosenthal:
(1) I took my Town/Country Chrysler to the dealer for a safety recall repair or update of the heated seat. While the dealership updated the recall repair, they failed to put the parts (computer module) back the original position. Needless to say, I only found out this gross negligence when I tried to adjust my seat with no response. When I took the car to my local repair shop for repair, my local repair shop told me that the Rosental dealership did not reinstall the computer module property, which resulted the damage to the computer module (the computer module was crushed by the moving parts of the adjustable heated seat), a very expensive repair indeed. With the recommendation of my local repair shop, I took the part to the Rosenthal dealership to claim the expense of the computer module part ($235). The dealership ignored me for the three times when I visited the dealership. In my first visit, they told me that they would hold the defective part for me. Of course I said no to them because that crushed computer module is my evidence for their negligence. Very unprofessional. At this time, I am still not sure, if the dealer was intentionally trying to tamper my car to encourage me to spend some more money there..

Stay away from this dealer..... for your driving safetly. Watch your wallet carefully too when you get near that place.
