My Review Of Rosner Chevrolet :

I went to Rosner on Thursday night expecting to order my new Malibu and then have to wait 6 - 8 weeks for it to arrive. Adam Dunn was helpful in that he located the exact model I wanted to order at a Chevy dealer in Daytona Beach. The car was here the next day and I took ownership Saturday afternoon. That's a lot better than what I had expected. The Malibu was cleaned and fueled and ready to go. The transaction process was long considering all the forms you have to sign, but Major Daniel was efficient. He recognized my driving habits and tailored the extended warranty appropriately. And a big thanks to Dan Perry for my first pleasant contact with Rosner via the internet. He was more than helpful in keeping me up to date on any new arrivals that would match my vehicle search. Also thanks to Dan Hafer for the informative test drive and feature explanations. A lot of great teamwork. Thank you all.

i have purchased 2 new vehicles from rosner with an excellent sales experence but more inportantly every time if brought my trucks in for service i have had nothing but great expericences they always take the time to fix my truck right and jeff and bobby are both great to deal with very helpful and really care about me and my truck will always come here for service and would recommend them do anyone looking for good service

My Review Of Rosner Chevrolet :

I looked over the treasure coast/space coast area for a dealership with a Camaro ZL1. I stopped into Dyer Chevrolet in Vero Beach, but I was disappointed in the lack of sales personnel willing to see if I wanted to buy something. As I was driving north into Melbourne, I decided to stop into Rosner Chevrolet. As soon as I stepped out of my 2010 Camaro 2SS, Jay met with me and asked if there was anything he could do for me. I told him I was looking for a ZL1. He led me inside to show me what the dealership had available. As we walked, I let him know what I was looking for as options for the car. He was completely helpful and even though the car was not exactly the color I was looking for, he and Dwayne were completely oriented on making my experience at the dealership a pleasurable experience. I had an appointment within an hour of meeting them, so I left the dealership and returned a few hours later. When I returned, we discussed a few more details, and started to look around the state for other ZL1's that met my original request of colors and options. We did not find any and I decided to take the evening to make my choice on the car. I returned the next day, made my final decision, and purchased the car.

Left Vehicle for oil change and onstar service advisory. After 4 hours still not completed with no help from the service manager or sales manager to correct the issue of slow moving mechanics. Left without getting the oil changed.

My Review Of Rosner Chevrolet :

Wow! By far the BEST car buying experience we've ever had! The vibe at Rosner is much different then your stereotypical car dealership, and that's a good thing! I have experience with many dealerships, including several within the county. Rosner is, by far, the most welcoming, polite, and professional. Specifically, Brian Swaney (sales) and Pete Yeo (sales manager) provided outstanding customer service! We felt no pressure and, what's even more outstanding, we believed they genuinely wanted to help us get the best deal they could work out - which they truly bent over backwards to accomplish! They were honest, upfront, and very accommodating; this is a no games joint and I appreciate that. Brian and Pete didn't make us feel like they were pressuring us to quickly purchase a car so they could bag a deal; instead, they made us feel like they were looking out for our best interest and wanted to ensure we'd be walking out the door with something we loved while feeling comfortable with the price and buying process. Aside from the customer service, the building itself is clean, bright, and spacious. There is a big screen TV, some children's toys, and a vending machine. We especially appreciated this, as we had our toddler with us, and he was able to keep himself entertained by playing and watching cartoons. We are beyond satisfied with our experience at Rosner, we highly recommend them, and we hope to have the opportunity to do business with them in the future!

My Review Of Rosner Chevrolet :

If it were not for the service advisor lighting a fire under the mechanics xxx I would have been at the dealership all afternoon for a simple oil change. As I waited for my vehicle I watched the mechanic work on my vehicle for a short time and then it sat for 25 minutes with no work being done. After having been there for an hour I spoke with my service advisor who then went to find out the holdup. Turns out that the oil filter cap was on so tight the housing it was screwed into was "spinning" and needed to be replaced. I told the service advisor just get it done and tell the mechanic to move his xxx rather than walking around and getting himself chips from the vending machine. There was no reason that the issue was not brought to the attention of the service advisor by the mechanic. I paid the bill and got the xxxx out of there...you lost my business. If this were my business I would have fired the mechanic on the spot. Thank goodness for the service advisor who helped get the repair done. Oh yea, did I mention that my car is smoking all the way home from all the oil left all over the engine/manifold? And oh yea, the oil life monitor was not reset as it states on the service paperwork. I fixed that myself. Well done Rosner Chevrolet, my grandfather would be very upset to see a Chevrolet dealer and it's mechanics perform as they are performing at your dealership.

My Review Of Rosner Chevrolet :

This review is based on the Service Dept. Jeff the Service Manager and Pete the Service Writer are a great asset to Rosner Chevrolet. They both go out of the way to take care of my Silverado and I feel as if they really, really care. Timely service, great communication, free car wash and oil changes and a Service Manager with an open door policy. What's not too like? Thank you guys!

it was a hassle free expirence. thanks ej!.. the only thing that needs to have improvement is how long it takes with the process to buy a veichle. we left for an hr , came back and waited longer then finally did the finance part. waited for the truck to be washed. its an all day thing. example we were there 1230p to 5p.

My Review Of Rosner Chevrolet :

I came to Rosner for service on my Silverado. When I arrived I felt like everyone knew who I was. When they were changing the oil on my truck the mechanic found other things my truck needed. Jeff called me and was very thorough in his explanation of what my vehicle needed. I told him to do the work and when I came in to pay the bill everything matched exactly the way he explained to me.....(no surprise charges) I was very happy to see the truck was washed and cleaner than when it was dropped off. I would recommend Rosner Chevrolet for sure! Thanks guys

My Review Of Rosner Chevrolet :

No complaint against the sales department, top service. Unfortunately, the service department leaves much desired. There have been some changes since Rosner bought this dealership. It used to be easy to to take your car in. Now they have cubicles up and service advisors who appear to be really "busy" when you are standing there waiting for help. I went to ask the cashier where I was suppose to go , she said just wait out there for someone. This is not the first time I have been given a blank stare. The last time I needed an oil change , but I just left. I did walk into the parts department last time, and they guy just said no this is part department. He did not offer any kind of assistance on where to go. So this time, my malibu is giving me trouble and they keep asking if I have an appointment. I am like NO NO! I don't have an appointment I need to drop it off , as it has trouble starting.


There are no signs pointing "service department wait here" or anything like that. This is clearly a leadership problem, NOT an employee problem.
Oh yea I had to talk to a mechanic in order to receive customer assistance (not these so called service advisors who stared at me blankly)

Oh one more thing for anyone who wants to blame the customer, keep in mind I was very very polite despite this horrendous customer service.
