My Review of Rosner Chevrolet :
This was the best experience at a dealership I have ever had. In the Service department, Steve was more than helpful; he stayed in touch with me the entire time. I had $8K work done to my 95 Z28 (she had been sitting for a while) ... my baby. They did her right and didn't miss a beat. My Z is almost a classic and I plan on keeping her. Kieth, my mechanic for LIFE, was the best. He treated my car as if it was his own, not cutting any corners. He was also reachable during the 9 days she slept there. I even met Mr. Rosner and saw him frequently at the dealership. All in all when I picked her up she was ready to give hell. They even cleaned and waxed her :) I was so happy I ended up giving all three of them a hug (they accepted). I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants fair and honest dealing with the best customer service with a mid-western feel. GO! You won't be let down. TELL THEM THE GUY WITH THE Z28 SAID SO. My Review of Rosner Chevrolet :
NO NO NO NO!!!!!!! I gave them a 5 in the friendliness category because they are GREAT at what they do!

Bought a truck for a decent price. 3 months later and 6 visits to service for a total time off road of 29 days for a noise in the A/C system, I FINALLY called the service manager at HOME at 12 am and went off.

What did I get? same BS problem they recognized, tried to fix over 29 days and a Cadillac loaner to drive around for a week.

Transmission went out at 34k miles. Gave me the run around telling me my odometer was tampered with and I rolled back the miles.

Took them a MONTH (28 days) to replace and reinstall a transmission.

STAY AWAY FROM RATHMANN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
