Returning to Rossi to purchase another vehicle feels like visiting an old friend. They must employ only genuine honest people. Paul always listens closely to our needs and finds us the best price. My husband and I purchased a terrain from Rossi. They were very nice and helpful. They made the experience quick and easy (unlike some other dealers who are pushy and have 8,000 hidden fees). We had to t were very nice and helpful. They made the experience quick and easy (unlike some other dealers who are pushy and have 8,000 hidden fees). We had to travel an hour away to find this specific car and trim in white with black interior. Upon on arriving on day 1, the car was ready and pulled up. On day 2 it was glazed ready to roll. However, there was a very very small dent in the car and they worked with us to make an appointment to fix it in the next coming weeks and leave us happy. More
