2 Strikes you're out. I had two services done at Rossi. First my 4 wheel drive wouldn't work and they reprogrammed the 4 wheel drive module for $135. That didn't work I had two services done at Rossi. First my 4 wheel drive wouldn't work and they reprogrammed the 4 wheel drive module for $135. That didn't work. Then they said I needed a new module for an extra $435 including a diagnostic fee. They refused to deduct the $135 I paid for nothing. Turns out when I took it to another dealer it was covered under my powertrain warranty. Ripoff? The other work I had done was replacing the rear brakes. It took a while but when I finally had a need to apply the emergency brakes there were none. Turns out the pads had been removed and never replaced, I'm guessing it happened when they did my rear brakes. Stay far away from their service. Ripoff. More

I have used Rossi for service on my Silverado for years and they have always been great to deal with. After my last service appointment I met with Dan, from the sales department, he was fantastic.
