My Review Of Roto Subaru Mazda:

A+++++ dealership! Everyone from walking in door, all the way through the finance paper work, and service department was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They price their vehicles very competitively and fair, and don't try to play games like other dealerships I have been to. My sales rep Jeremy was very attentive in listening to my needs and helped me get in the right vehicle at a great price! Not only that but the warranty that I got added on was a great value especially with the amount of driving I will be doing in this car (approx. 30,000+ per year) not your average commuter. I recently went back for my permanent plates with out an appointment and was pleasantly surprised that Jeremy as well as his manager Frank remembered me by name upon entering and got me all set up right away. Jeremy even took my car around for a wash without me even asking. I have already recommended this dealership to my friends and family and do the same to anyone looking for a above and beyond car buying experience!

My Review Of Roto Subaru Mazda:

Joe McAvoy was an absolute pleasure to work with. He quoted a very competitive price for the car over email, and then was extremely helpful in locating one that had the right option package and was the color we wanted. When we made the 2.5 hour drive to the dealership, we were hoping nothing would go wrong or change when we arrived.... all our fears were unfounded. Joe was just as friendly and accommodating in person, in fact even more so. He stayed late on a Saturday happily to complete our transaction and even stopped to check on us when he saw we had pulled over on the highway on the way home. He did not have to stop at that point... he was on his way home. But Joe is that kind of guy- the kind of guy who pulls over to make sure everything is OK. (It was). Buy your Subaru or Mazda here and have a fantastic experience like we did! I'd recommend Joe to anyone!

Joe McAvoy treated us very good. Very friendly, and helpful. We purchased a 2013 Outback and got a great deal and a great car. I would recommend this dealership to anybody looking for a Subaru. I will for sure buy my next Subaru from Roto

My Review Of Roto Subaru Mazda:

The reason for my review is simple, I have never had a good experience in the past when looking for a new vehicle. That all changed when I started my search on the internet and was linked to Roto Subaru Mazda dealership in Arlington Heights Il.I was blown away by the integrity, knowledge and overall professionalisim extended to me by Mr. Joe Mcavoy. Every thing he told me through internet correspondance, concerning availability and price never waivered once I was on premis. The people at this dealership made this experience for my husband and myself a pleasure, from finance to delivery. I reccomend them to anyone looking for a fair and honest deal.

My Review Of Roto Subaru Mazda:

My wife and I just purchased a 2014 Subaru Forester from Paul Forsythe at Roto Subaru. We test drove 8 other cars and the 2014 Forester was by far the nicest car that we drove. But what closed the deal was Paul Forsythe.

He is extremely knowledgeable, knows his cars cold...was very patient, (as my wife had to drive the car 4 different times to be "sure she wanted a small suv"), understood the competition but never bashed any of them, had excellent...no pressure follow-up and advised us on what options to consider buying and which to NOT buy after understanding our needs. Plus we really believed that he wanted us the purchase the car that would fit our needs and enjoy and not just "push" what they had on the lot.

So if you are considering a Subaru, look to Roto Subaru and I suggest that you "CALL PAUL", he made the process a pleasure

I don't understand all these negative reviews because I have been going to Roto Subaru for 3+ years after trying out 2 other subaru service departments and Roto Subaru's service department is beyond exceptional. They are always very kind, professional, and efficient! They have earned my trust and my business! I highly reccomend Roto Subaru's service department. They charge less than other subaru service departments, less of a wait time, provide wifi, TV, work desks, and refreshments for you while waiting for your vehicle. They are always more than happy to quickly clean my car even if I am not there for a service that day!

My Review Of Roto Subaru Mazda:

I had a great service experience. I made an appointment which was a mere telephone call. I dropped my car off, I was given the paperwork, I was given a ride home (or to the nearest train station) and then I received a phone call when the car was finished. I returned the call to let them know when I could pick the car up. The final paperwork was there, the cashier was very pleasant and my car was waiting for me outside. I recommend this dealership's service department.

My Review Of Roto Subaru Mazda:

We've been shopping for a crossover or mid-sized SUV for 3/4 of a year in Lake County. We've been to all the dealers Ford, Subaru, Kia, Hyundai, VW, Toyota, you name it. We've researched the models, figured out the pros and cons of each, and determined the price we'd be willing to pay. None of the salesmen we met were interested in working to get our business. They were not flexible on the price. We made it clear that we were ready to buy, but only if the price was right. We did not have to buy right now. They always played the games. You know, the back and forth with the salesman, the sales manager, "what will it take to get your business?" We walked out of all of them for wasting our time. The whole process was becoming very tiring. THEN, we decided to take a 30mi. drive to Roto Subaru Mazda in Arlington Heights and see how they did business. We didn't call for an appointment. We didn't contact their Internet sales for a price quote. We thought that we'd just drop in and check them out. We went there with no plan to purchase because we'd prefer to buy from a dealer near our home for future service, but that afternoon, we changed our minds.

We worked with the salesman Jeremy R. and it was completely different. We came in to see the 2014 Mazda CX-5. They had many in stock. He explained the improvements over the 2013 model. He encouraged us to test drive one and explained all of the features and advantages. He listened intently to us, offered us options and solutions, and found a way to meet our needs and desires. He never pressured us in any way.

In the end, the car we test drove was a perfect fit. We said we wanted to figure out what it would cost and he shared information about available options and their advantages. We already had an idea of what we were willing to spend based on invoice pricing. Jeremy worked out a wonderful package for us including taking our old SUV in trade, getting the new car set up with a Master Hitch trailer hitch and excellent Thule bike rack. We were so pleased with the service and price that we signed the purchase agreement, all within 2 hours of driving onto the lot.

Jeremy and Roto Subaru Mazda really made our car purchase experience easy and satisfying. We are very excited to own this red 2014 CX-5 Touring you see in my image. The 2014 Mazda CX-5 is possibly the hottest new crossover, with the best mpg and safety ratings. Check it out on You Tube. Go to Roto and you won't be disappointed.
