Napleton's Palatine Subaru

Had I written this review in January it would have been a different story. This is the 2nd car I have bought from this dealer. The 1st was totaled when I was rear ended. All in all, at the point of purchase for the 2nd vehicle I was reasonably satisfied. At the time, I was told to expect a check in a few weeks for the refunded extended warranty I had on the 1st car. Long story short, it is now mid April and I have been reassured countless times that the check is on its way; that they will get back to me soon; that they are working on it. All contacts have been initiated by me, and now the finance guy seems to be ducking my calls. It is now 2 hours since my last call. Was told they would get back with info soon. I don’t know what the deal is, but my next stop after writing this will be the BBB. I’m guessing I’m not the 1st person to deal with this. More

I went in last night to visit the showroom last minute. Sheldon was my contact over the phone but he was busy with another customer. Paris wound up helping me out. Really nice gentleman! Paris and Sheldon worked together to help me out. Theo and I worked through the final numbers on the car; it was a quick, painless process. Paris then got things set up with the Starlink and before I knew it, I was in the finance office with Chris, what a great guy. He was helpful in laying out the final numbers and could not have been more efficient. I was in and out of the dealership in just over 2 hours on a new car purchase w/ a trade!
