My Review of Rouen Toyota Scion of Maumee:
One of the smoothest, most enjoyable and pleasant new car buying experiences my wife and I have ever had. The sales staff (Mr. Edwards and Mr. Lopez) were friendly, knowlegable, and most helpful in assisting us with our new car purchase.

Our new Toyota Avalon has been all that we expected it to be. The vehicle was delivered in perfect shape and has preformed flawlessly. This reflects the quality of the product and also the quality of the Rouen delership and the people we worked with. All in all, a super experience with a first class organization! I will not hesitate to highly recommend Rouen and their staff to my friends and acquaintances.

My Review of Rouen Toyota Scion of Maumee:
On my first visit, I worked with Jason. He was helpful, answered my questions, and did not pressure me. When I decided upon a vehicle two days later, Jason was ill. He then sent Byron in to "seal the deal." Byron, too, was helpful, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. Finally, they sent me in to Philip, the finance guy, to complete all the necessary paperwork. All three were honest, forthright and kept their word. All that was promised was delivered. I will always recommend Rouen to a friend!

This was the first new car purchase for my wife and I, and we are so glad we went to Rouen. Byron, our salesman was very helpful, honest, and easy to work with. He showed us around the dealership and introduced us to the service and parts employees. We look forward to continue doing business with Rouen in our Swagger-Wagon.

Byron was a great resource for us--informative and helpful without crossing over into "pushy". The day that we purchased our car, he was crazy busy, but did his best to make the transactions as smooth as possible. We will be back!

I am very pleased with this dealership. Everyone was very friendly. Byron always got back with me in a timely manner. He made sure to answer all of my questions. This dealership was able to find me the vehicle that no other dealership was able to find. Plus I felt like I was able to negotiate a very fair price. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends! Thank you all very much! I LOVE my new Highlander!!

BEWARE STAY AWAY from this DISHONEST Dealership. they sold me a car with problems and promise they will take care of it at the time we bought it. we leftthe car for a week at their dealership and they said there was nothing wrong with the car, after we got the car we took to three different Mechanics and they all found the same problem. ROUEN is a proffesional crooks they sell cars knowing it has problems and they don't stand behind their words or their warranty not the 50/50 warranty which is in writing. we tried to work it out with the BBB. they just did care. I will have to take them to a small claim court when I have the chance. the car cost over $1,100.00 to repair and the car had an accident that was not shown on carfax or mentioned by this dealership. So beware if you have to deal with them make sure you bring your own Mechanic to check the car.

I looked for deals online, local dealerships, and newspapers. But Rouen Toyota gave the best deal and customer service. It wasn't about making a deal or a sale. It was about helping out another person. They helped a young person buy her first new car and I loved it. Byron, my sales associate, showed me different types of cars he thought suited me. He even showed me how everything worked. Very pleased with the results.

My Review of Rouen Toyota Scion of Maumee:
To Whom It May Concern

My wife and I recently had an exceptionally good car buying experience at the Rouen Toyota Dealership in Maumee, Ohio.

We have just leased a new Camry and bought a pre-owned Solara.

Byron Edwards, the sales person who worked with us, was extremely helpful throughout sales process and took great pains to keep in mind both what we were looking for, and what cost savings options were open to us.

The process was a lengthy one (partly because we were buying and leasing the vehicles through our business, partly because there were two vehicles being traded in and two being bought, partly because it was the last day of the month--this, incidentally, is the only reason we've rated the dealership's customer service a 4, not a 5) but, throughout, Byron stayed with us, kept us interested in learning about our new cars, learning about Toyota as a company, and learning about him (as he learned about us).

Post purchase, Byron has also responded very promptly to two calls for help: one to start the Camry (whose battery had gotten low, sitting on the lot--the vehicle is running fine now) and two, to get me a copy of my vehicles registration when I couldn't find mine easily.

So he's been true to his promise to be the go-to-person for any question or problem, related to our new cars, that might arise for us.

We would recommend Byron and the Rouen Dealership to anyone.

I hada very pleasant experience. All salesmen there were nice. Byron was very helpful. Explained when I had questions. Byron also worked with Cedrick during the sale. Helpful as well. Definitely good salesmen, as I bought the car! :-)
