HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Salesman could care less your just a number to him. CLEARLY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME BECAUSE I WAS NEW AT PURCHASING, I usually lease. I bought a vehicle that I should have never taken off the lot but did. Came back the next day to get my vehicle cleaned sat there for about 3 hours for nothing they did the wrong car. Had to bring the car back another day. Then I told them my usb and charging plugs were not working told me it would be a quick fix and I can still take the vehichle home and said I need to make a seperate appointment for that between Monday - Friday 9 - 5 and it could take a couple days. Once again should have never taken the car off the lot. Then I have been calling now to speak with someone since OCT 2023 leaving voice mails and not one manager, sales person NO ONE has called me back. I have left messages, sent text messages. NOTHING. WORST SERVICE EVER. NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THEM More

Terrible experience. I’ll elaborate. I called at 2pm today and gave the sales guy The two car SKUs. He asked what time I planned on coming in. I told him 5 o’clock. I sho I’ll elaborate. Neither was the original sales person I spoke with. They assigned us to a different sales person. That guy tells us that the cars will be there in 15 to 20 minutes. 7 PM rolls around and we’re still missing the cars. Total waste of time. We walked out. We will buy the car as we like jeeps but certainly won’t buy here. This place is a joke More

Service for my vehicle took 3 weeks to get done. When I finally got my vehicle back, I come to find out 2 soft top zippers were missing from my glove box.
