My husband and I came to Rowe Volkswagen looking for a Passat TDI. Two of our neighbors had purchased from Rowe and recommended them to us. We can't say enough about the friendly service and hard work this dealership and its employees gave to us. We spent several days trying to decide whether to buy a gas model or a TDI model and they were very patient with us and answered our million questions over those days. We never felt the usual pressure to buy but rather a group that was working their hardest to be sure that we were satisfied, happy and comfortable with our purchase. As a result, we walked away with the car we always wanted and couldn't be happier. We would revisit this dealership and work with these people over and over again!

Everyone involved that I checked off has demonstrated the highest degree of service and professionalism I have ever had at any car dealership. We were in the market for a truck to get life done. The idea of buying new was a bit daunting because of the overall cost. There were only a handful of offerings in the used category to select from. Jim was fantastic about letting us look at whatever we wanted to and spending time to understand what we were looking for. With Scott's help they got us not into the truck I thought I wanted but the truck I really needed. I already love my F150 super-crew. On the financing side Charlie was a great help in making the process as simple as possible. He also committed to follow through to make sure we addressed all my questions. Based on my experience I will be recommending the team at Rowe Auburn.

I had been shopping for a new car for over TWO MONTHS and had had a couple bad experiences. I was becoming exhausted, since I was looking for something very specific. Not only did Adrian and Scott deal with my extremely hectic work schedule, but they did endless footwork to find me just what I was looking for. I couldn't be happier with my shiny new car!!! I arrived at Rowe Auburn today to browse around for used cars. While walking around, salesman, Steven Entrott walked over and introduced himself. He asked me what I was interested in and I told him that I was just looking around as I was not in a hurry to make a purchase at that time.

I told Steve what I was looking for and he showed me a vehicle that I might be interested in. I asked him if we could take a test ride. I really liked the vehicle and ended up purchasing the car. Steve was able to give me a very fair price on the vehicle I purchased. Steve was very professional, very humble and made the sale very comfortable for me. I also got a fair deal on the trade price.

I would purchase another vehicle from Steve and Rowe Auburn. I was treated very well in the accounting department and the vehicle was prepped excellent for my ride home.

Overall, it was a great experience and I am pleased that I purchased the vehicle at the Rowe Auburn dealership!

Brian was a pleasure to work with. I didn't feel pressured into buying a car. It was helpful that I knew exactly what I wanted. Brian was able to work with me and the manager to find the perfect car. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone. There's enough stress in buying a car and Brian relieved a lot of that stress by not being the *normal* sales guy. I love the car I have and look forward to doing business with Rowe over the years as my car ages and needs maintenance.
