I dropped my car off for an extended repair. Then management tells you theyll send you a refund of what you paid for supposed"service"......Its over a month now and I'm still waiting for my refund..... DO NOT USE ROWE WESTBROOK/QUICKLANE I'm going to start with the fact that I love my car more than life itself. Therefore, I do not tolerate any incompetent work performed on my car, and which is why I am very selective about which Ford dealer I choose for service. After being burned once by Rowe, I should've learned my lesson. But I decided to give them another chance. Well, I will NEVER use Rowe Ford Westbrook again! And considering that my family has two Ford's, of which I am anal about maintaining, they will lose a customer and $. I had taken my car in for an oil change and engine and cabin air filter changes. First, the fact how an oil change, 3 filter changes, tire rotation & a multi point "inspection" took 20 minutes, I'm skeptical that I actually got the $230+ service that I paid for. I have been taking cars to different Ford's for over fifteen years. I have NEVER, EVER been out that fast for that type of work to be done. I always mark the filters with a marker to see if they were changed, I havent checked yet, but I will. When I did get my car back, DAMAGE was done to the front and left side; #1: my front license plate was bent, and my plate frame was snapped/broken off....they didn't even bother to do an inspection before returning the car to me....I guess the tech was too busy, as I witnessed him (#2 issue) speeding around the lot in MY car. #3: one of my console compartments was opened, of which I never leave opened--why was a tech opening my center compartments?: #4: the A/C was left on full blast with the engine shut off. I never do that and did NOT have the A/C on when I left gave the car for service. There was no reason to have my A/C on full blast for the tech to pull in/out of service bay. #5, I found two NOTICABLE scratches on my car. I know my car, and am 90% sure those scratches were NOT on my car prior to service at Rowe today--as I would've noticed and remembered them since they are relatively long scratches However, I am 150% certain my front plate was bent to xxxx, front plate frame snapped and broken, A/C left on full blast with engine shut off, and my compartments opened and snooped in today at Rowe Ford.....may not seem significant to you. Bit it's significant to ME. It's MY vehicle and IM the PAYING CUSTOMER! Further, my vehicle has been in 5 different Ford dealers over 2.5 years....my license plate and plate frame were fine in that time until Rowe! This was after the first time I had taken my fiance's car in for service and had the coolant flushed. I picked up my car and drove it home, on Turnpike speeds (70mph). Fortunately, I am anal about checking fluids, as the next time I checked before driving, I saw there was barely any coolant in the reservoir---certainly well BELOW the MIN line....Rowe tech didnt put any/enough coolant in after flush. Rowe is lucky I didn't blow my engine! That was the first time. The above issues/damage was the second time that Rowe annoyed me. Again: Rowe did NOT replace enough coolant ! Rowe Ford/Quicklane Westbrook will NEVER get my business again. Why did I not go in and complain when I received my car back damaged?...because what was the point? I would've gotten an insincere apology, denial of any wrongdoing damage/snooping by tech & NO accountability for the tech who had my car. My fiance has been in the auto business for 15 years, and is exec management...she said the best thing for customers to do with complaints is leave comments; it lowers the dealer CSI and if there are many, the manufacturer takes $ away. I hope this happens to Rowe as the fact how saying that I'm LIVID over the service of my vehicle is an understatement! Take your car elsewhere More

I had some dents and scratches to be repaired on my 1997 BMW M3. These were small damages caused by rocks being thrown from a lawnmower, not very serious repairs at all. This car was in amazing condition when I brought it in for repairs (aside from the dents and scratches to be fixed). They had my car for almost 2 months, leaving me without a vehicle to drive... They never reached out to me about delays or anything, I had to basically harass them for any updates at all after being ghosted for weeks at a time. They incorrectly assessed the damage when I dropped it off, even though they took pictures and looked over the car with me. They failed to repair one full side of the vehicle, the side that they did "repair" was covered in new scratches, dents, and wavy panels. There was damage to my wheel caps, interior door panels, wiring harnesses, and more. The only thing that they did right was paint color matching. After telling my insurance company about this, they scheduled me for a 2nd repair to fix their mistakes and to actually fix the side that they neglected to touch. I dropped my car off and waited 2 weeks, then I was told that they could not fit me in the schedule and I should pick my car up... 3 months later I finally got an appointment. I was assured several times that my car would be finished before any salt would be on the roads (this is a summer only car that has never seen salt in its life). Not only did they not repair it in time (took them almost 3 weeks), they drove it around their parking lot in the salt and made me pick my car up and drive it home through salt in below freezing weather so that I cannot even wash it off. Now my car will sit covered in salt all winter and rust. They failed, again, to repair anything to an acceptable standard. Each side of my car is covered in swirl scratches, every single panel on the car has new scratches, my windshield has a HUGE gash across the drivers field of vision. Obviously there is no shop foreman that looks at the vehicles to approve that the work has been completed properly, or they are so bad at their job that they don't even care... To top it all off, they took my car for a LONG joy ride (I set my trip to 0 when I bring my car in for service, it was at 800 when I picked it up) and my Check Engine Light is now on. This place basically took my 9/10 condition collectors car and ruined it twice. They don't even have the guts to apologize or act like decent people when they basically ruined my car. Every single person on this team should be fired and replaced with people with actual work ethics and skills to do their jobs. More

Anthony understands automotive operational and mechanical service delivery and his communication skills are outstanding. I know first-hand that Anthony listens to the needs of the customer. He is friendly smart and efficient in his job. Anthony will do whatever it takes to find the best cost-savings product. Whether it’s a routine oil change new parts or routine service check Anthony gets things done quickly and always explains what is needed and what can wait until later. Recently, Anthony was able to fit me into a last minute schedule on a Friday afternoon after hearing my urgent need for snow tires before the big storm. Even though unlikely to fit me due to a filled schedule he made sure I got serviced. I had called him at the last minute as I did not have funds until Friday morning to purchase new snow tires. He has helped me so many times like this and gone above and beyond!!! I trust his judgement on purchasing products performing repair and having routine truck service. He makes sure I have discounts when available and informs me of sales and comparison prices, he understands I want the best price. Anthony spent extra time on the phone with me to find the highest quality and least costly snow tires. The price better than any other business in New England. Anthony knows I’m a nurse needing to work weekends late hours and to travel to MA and back to Maine in a snow storms. He consistently treats me as I were family and is 100% reliable trustworthy and caring. Thank you Anthony and Rowe Ford Westbrook Service Center team!!! . I have been a Rowe Ford Westbrook customer for decades and commend Wally and Mark Camp for their outstanding business!!! I miss Mr. George Crowley Rowe Ford Salesman who passed away last year. I was quite unhappy and upset with Rowe Ford last winter and very ready to take my business elsewhere. But Heidi Gavigan in the Service Department went out of her way to convince me to give Rowe Ford anoth and very ready to take my business elsewhere. I understand parts shortages or shipping delays so accurate information or even what was on backorder wouldn't have been an issue. Instead they seemingly just made things up and kept telling me that my car would be done in a couple days or that it was almost done and just needed to be reassembled... So I would call back after they told me it would be done to hear basically the same thing as before "it's almost done, be ready on Wednesday" Considering the most obvious part that the car came in needing hadn't arrived over a month later I think it's reasonable to assume they just say whatever they think of to get customers off the phone. I picked up my car and brought it to another shop to get it finished... and found out that they installed a window wrong and sanded the door frame to get it to stop rubbing. Yes, sanded the paint off the frame of the body of the car so the window wouldn't rub. Absolutely horrible experience and I wouldn't bring my car back to them if the work was free. More
I just tried to call Rowe Ford about my bill from a spark plug, The Works Oil change and new lug nuts on Tuesday of this week. I was charged for SHOP SUPPLIES ($47.97) and OTHER PARTS ($24.00). I have been coming to Rowe Ford - The Quick Lane - for five years, but after this trip where I was quoted at around $400 and paid $668.24 and waited three and a half hours - I will not be back. I reached out to Mark, as I was dissatisfied with the service department’s assessment of my situation/disabled vehicle (Wed 7/21 11a, “it’s in dispatch for this week but most likely won’t be looked at un service department’s assessment of my situation/disabled vehicle (Wed 7/21 11a, “it’s in dispatch for this week but most likely won’t be looked at until next week.” Not acceptable!). Long story short, Mark Camp replied to me in a timely fashion along with the service manager Chris to get my issue elevated and I could not be more pleased with the outcome! They set me up with a rental in no time and I now have my vehicle back!!! More
Yes I don’t know how you guys do business over there and roll Ford but I brought my car in and worked all it had was some engine lights wrong with it brought my car in to get serviced by you guys which is a roll Ford but I brought my car in and worked all it had was some engine lights wrong with it brought my car in to get serviced by you guys which is a Ford dealership I brought it there cause I wanted my car fixed right and done right upon inspection I was told that I had mice damage to my wipers I said OK go through the car and figure out what’s wrong with it tell me how much it is to fix it affects I’ll pay for it so I picked up my car after everything was fixed the lights Ron inspection sticker was put on so the next day scheduled for a little bit and it was fine The following day it did not wanna start it did not wanna do anything woke up to go to work in the morning the car did not start so upon inspection I figured all I had a problem I had multiple tow truck companies come over with my roadside assistance to try to help me with the problem they cannot figure it out so I called the customer service manager back of roll forward he came and picked it up by tow truck on it that there all another day he explained to me in a voicemail that there’s all kinds of issues he’s not sure what is wrong but it might be mice problem to get so OK I called him back we talked on the phone I was that accused of lying this is very horrible customer service the customer service manager told me that he seen me on Sunday morning at Hannaford in West work with my car my car was broke down all day Sunday I never drove anywhere to be accused of lying it’s horrible this is the most horrible experience I’ve ever had in a business where I was accused of lying with a customer service manager said“ I seeing you get out of your car at a Hannaford westbrook Maine I have proof that my car did not leave my residence at all on that day in question so this has put a very badTaste in my mouth I don’t know if this is what role for duster their customers and accuses them of lying this is very bad I never had an experience like this in my life where I was accused of lying about my car and making up a story about what is wrong with my car so I don’t know how wolf or does business like this especiallyManager himself More
