My Review of Roxbury BMW :
Service dept. for the customer is small and cramped. If they give you a loaner while your BMW is being serviced, they act like you're not going to bring it back. Employees must not like their jobs based on their poor attitude. I only use Denville BMW occasionally because they are the closed to me. I much prefer Bell BMW in Newton, NJ.

My Review of Roxbury BMW :
Problematic Dealer. Dropped vehicle off to check a diagnosic issue. receive call stating i need to replace 2 catalytic converters that are out of warranty. they did not even do any vehicle history check to find that one of them was replaced by bmw under warranty less than 2 years ago. but they had no problem telling me i needed to replace both (one one is bad).
furthermore, left specific instructions to not tamper with a screw lodged in the shoulder of my tire. when i arrive to pick up the car, the tire was flat and the screw was missing. go figure as to how it went from there.

they'd love to sell you a car, but their service is garbage. find a good independent mechanic and stick with them. dealer employees are usually low paid, therefore have a motive.

With their so call service advisor, anyone can be, basic just call a massanger will be better, no help, no support, all they want is money.

Fantastic car buying experience. Recommended highly. Mr. McKenna was attentive and professional in every respect. I intend to purchase another BMW in the coming year. The sales staff and management were friendly and very supportive.

bought a great 325i at an incredible price.

If your looking for quality, service, and dedication, buy a car from Denville BMW. I am highly impressed with their dealership.
