My Review of Royal Gate Dodge Inc:
I would not recommend this dealer to anyone for either purchase or service!!!!! my purchase experience was very poor, and service has been fair until lately. Yesterday, we made an appointment for a water pump replacement. The appt was for 5:30pm. We were told it would take until about 7:00 to 7:30 pm. We finally got out of the dealer at about 10:15 pm. I heard "we are sorry" about 6 times, but this did not help the fact that we wasted the complete evening, at a time when we could not afford any wasted time. As I sat for hours waiting, I also noted that customer after customer was greeted one of the service persons, telling them of how much extra their repairs would be. I will never go back to this dealer !!!!!!!!!!!
