My Review of Royal Olds-Jeep:
This organization would not sell me an automobile because I wanted and needed a class III hitch put on my car. I am a disabled veteran and I needed a hitch on my vehicle because I have a scooter that I carry with me everywhere I go. When I press the issue with Mr. Dave Orders, the sales person, about the hitch, he became belligerent. I tried to contact the owner, Mr. Gary Smith but, I was told by Mr. Orders that he was too busy to talk to people like me and that is why Mr. Smith has mangers and people like himself. Well, if Mr. Gary Smith is too big to get off of his high horse, I am too big to purchase anything he has to sell. Mr. Dave Orders also wanted to make me believe that it would cost DaimlerChrysler $500.00 to purchase and put on a class III hitch on a 2006 Jeep Commander. I told Mr. Orders that I have had a least 35 automobiles in my life time and five of those were Jeeps, and I never paid nor have I ever heard of anyone paying $500.00 to put on a hitch. Fortunately, I never had to enter the showroom floor. Now, I know that I never will!
