My Review of Royal Volkswagen:
unacceptable service. original problem the dealership had for 3 days (under warranty) never fixed. returned again. dealership had for 7 days problem was fixed but the same day the car was picked up and drove down the road a new problem (not under warranty) occurs. returned for fixing. $1300.00 estimate to fix. unacceptable. they had the car a few times. never diagnosed the problem as the car was under their care (a few times). now the new problem is suspect. amazingly this new problems occurs as the car is driven down the road form the dealership. if i sound upset...you betcha! i took the car here because of the good area but unfortunately the dealership is not to be trusted!!!!!!! word to the wise------BEWARE!!!!!!

My Review of Royal Volkswagen:
If you need a new Volkswagen please go and see Spin Green down at Royal VW. One of the nicest dealers I know, and willing to do anything for you. I just purchased a Touareg through them and I am very pleased. Also there Service department is among the greatest that I have experienced with my Jetta. They are very courteous and do the job in a timely manner!
